Anyone else? I tuned in last night and couldn't believe how bad it was! 1975 was headlining and it was so middle or the road.

Maybe I'm getting old but the music was awful!!! So bland. Im early 40s 🤣

Im not sure you understand. The IDF is an army. If someone said Death to IDF soldiers then it’s different. The IDF as an organisation is abhorrent and that’s what Bob was referring to. He wasn’t and I wasn’t condoning the calling for the killing of people. His desire and mine is exactly the opposite of that. If I said Death to the National Front - I wouldn’t mean killing the people in it but and end to the organisation. If I said Death to racism - I would mean kill all racists but to end racism as an ideology.

Fortunately Glastonbury don’t agree with you and have put a statement out on the group’s incitement to hatred and violence.

I think it was one of the BEST I've seen. I've never been but have a ritual of watching it on tv every year and don't know what I'm going to do with myself next year!

I enjoyed watching some old favourites and great new discoveries. I loved Wunderhorse, The Prodigy, Four Tet, Fat Dog, Alanis, Rod, Wet Leg, Haim, Pulp, Snow Patrol, Weezer, English Teacher, Osees, Supergrass. Glastonbury really has something for everyone but it helps if you try to keep an open mind and positive attitude (and to be stoned while watching).

And what a tiresom, self-righteous post that was - which he has perhaps paid to promote on Facebook since it turned up on my feed without me expressing any interest in him. There's something really wrong with someone's thinking when they divide the response they received into 'support and hatred'. If he'd said support and disagreement I might have had a smidgeon of respect for him.
