Dd has one of her artworks on exhibit at the Royal Scottish Academy’s Annual Open Exhibition. I don’t think I’m BU to be so proud of her, although IRL she doesn’t think it’s worth mentioning to friends! She’s the youngest in the show.

That's amazing, I thought it was a photograph. Often I find that a bad thing, as photographic paintings are sometimes all about the reproduction technique, with no attention to composition or colour balance, but this picture is excellent.

As an aside, I stayed in Crinan a little while ago, it's tiny. I had no idea they have art residencies there.
