Well ethical business has more potential for longevity, so I would argue it does have something to do with business acumen. Also people judge you on your past actions and decisions, rightly or wrongly, and she'll always be judged negatively for this which doesn't bode well for future business relationships.

So no it's just a grubby cash grab not an example of great business acumen.
