Isn't soliciting illegal? Or is she not charging only filming and uploading to her only fans?

I can't lie it's so grim. If my 18 year old was heading off to uni and a predatory sex worker was targeting their uni id not be happy!

Soliciting is illegal, yes. This is not soliciting (which falls within fairly narrow parameters under the Street Offences Act 1959), it is advertising.

And porn, like other forms of legal adult entertainment is already 'normal', @Katie298 ; it's been around in one form or another for as long as people have. You don't have to consume it if you don't want to (and nor do I, any more than I want to drink alcohol or gamble) but that doesn't mean there's anything special about it or that others who do should be prevented from doing so.

And to those slagging off another women's appearance because she behaves in a way you disapprove of, well aren't you clever Hmm

She's a provocateur, drumming up interest - and it's worked.

More like controversy? I think the interested parties are her target market - students and husbands. Not sure if either are on here.

OP posts:

@5128gap If you'd quoted me in full you'd see that I clearly stated that if 5000 women were queuing for sex with a male porn star they would be using him for sex and would be criticised, exactly the same.

Actually, what you said was...

And if 5000 18 year old women their mums and aunties queued up for sex with a male porn star

The equivalent to an 18 year old male student is an 18 year old female student. I'm not sure why you brought mums and aunties into this.

So if an extremely handsome man offered sex to 18 year old female students so he could upload the videos to his onlyfans, would you say the 18 year old female students were using the man? Just answer the question, it's yes or no.

I’m no prude but there’s just something about this that has disgusted me.

It's bloody grim isn't it OP? Encouraging young people, as young as 18, to basically be in porn for free (to have sex with a porn star on camera). Grim, grim, grim.

NonsuchCastle · 22/09/2024 15:21

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe · 22/09/2024 11:01

Stop being silly. There is no prostitution, she is offering sex, free of charge subject to agreement to be filmed. These men are 18 years old and can legally consent. This woman isn't stupid; these men clearly are.

I was merely correcting another poster's claim that prostitution is illegal. That is all.

I brought mums and aunties into it to make sure it was a fully accurate like for like comparison, because the 5000 enthusiastic men are apparantly comprised of male relatives as well as the male students and its important we reverse all the details, isn't it? The answer to your question is obviously no. How can simply receiving an offer of sex be using someone? However, for the third time, if the female student turned up in droves to queue for sex with the man, the answer would be yes, they would be using him.

ThatSong · 22/09/2024 15:33

She's disgusting.

But 18 year old men aren't incapable of making decisions. If they choose to have sex with her they are equally as disgusting.

Cyclebabble · 22/09/2024 15:35

It's rather horrid. In reality sex being monitised. It enhances the treatment of women as sex objects and I assume will be filmed then streamed? In years to come the young men participating will really regret this.

Hoppinggreen · 22/09/2024 15:37

DD is at Nottingham and there was a lot of talk about this woman on the group chats. The general consensus was that she was disgusting .

shuggles · 22/09/2024 15:41

@5128gap However, for the third time, if the female student turned up in droves to queue for sex with the man, the answer would be yes, they would be using him.

I think you would be very alone on mumsnet with that perspective.

NonsuchCastle · 22/09/2024 15:47

NowImNotDoingIt · 22/09/2024 10:32

So she's responsible for MEN's poor behaviour, bullying and coercing another man to have sex?

Let me give you another scenario, that happens a LOT more often. All you have said , but instead of a willing (for whatever reason) porn actress , it's an unsuspecting, un consenting girl (either too drunk, or by use of force) . He's encouraged to either passively watch /do nothing or actively participate. Is he still a poor diddums then?

No one is saying that the boys are "poor diddums". If they join in that is disgusting, obviously.

It's the fact that the woman is deliberately targeting people much younger than her, fresh from home, at freshers' week.

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe · 22/09/2024 15:52

Namerchangee · 22/09/2024 15:09

Yes it's controversy. If she'd quietly advertised in the way that other women do there wouldn't be the outrage on here - it's the defiant self-promotion and outright statement of what she is there to do.

Men will already know. It's surely a message to women as much as it is to her target audience. It says, "I can have him and I will". I can certainly understand the disquiet from women.

Lovelysummerdays · 22/09/2024 13:13

I suspect someone might get their rocks off with a text or two for fantasy value. Whether they’d be willing to stand in a well publicised queue for a shag is a different matter. I’d hope not but I’m regularly disappointed by people. I still struggle to believe people voted for brexit tbh.

Sadly, as the horrific court case in France attests, many men are as dodgy as fuck and put getting their rocks off ahead of anything and anyone else. I stand by my comments that I'm surprised there aren't more contacting her about this, but do agree that it's the well-publicised nature of this that is possibly preventing more men doing this. Much like voting, if this was totally anonymous, I have no doubt the numbers would be in the tens of thousands

I agree if roles where reversed then yes the women would be using the man. I do think they'd be using the man for very different reasons though.

not just freshers who have been getting in touch according to the adult star, who said fathers and uncles have also been sending her direct messages."

What a tender family moment... son, father and uncle queuing up in a line outside a dodgy flat, tadgers in hand to maintain an erection for the big moment where their" dreams come true".

She might be grim as the willing receptacle in this event, but equally grim are the thousands of "hopeful participants".

You have a great way with words-just spat my drink out!

Perhaps the journalist got a free session with her in return for the publicity.

I wonder where she’ll be when she’s 60

By the looks of her she’s not that far off that age.

Definitely not that far off.

I think it's so interesting that a post about a woman having sex with many men has somehow degraded into insulting her appearance.

This is how misogyny keeps winning.

@Josette77

rubbish

shes claiming to be 25, utter shite she's 25.

men hmmm technically, but not really. Virgins, freshers, kids really.

people saying she's beautiful, I'm allowed to disagree.
