I dont care if theyre pals or not

I liked them in the 90s, they are just old millionaires now

Am sick of seeing them in the news

I quite like them but I agree the news has been overkill.

I can’t say I’m bothered about the reunion tour. It was always Noel who shot down any reunion talk but getting divorced is really expensive.

A lot of that was the alcohol, the drugs and being too young to know the cost of utility bills.

Can't stand them as people. Noel is the least worst of the two, but I still hate his attitude and the laddish scrappy culture sround them. I like their music but only because I somehow know every word, and its a big old sing along. But a half decent tribute or even Gaz from the pub on the Karoake would do the job for me. Its mildly interesting that they are going to play together live again but that's all.

Things genuinely were more optimistic, we were at the height of our soft power and cultural phenomena like Oasis were part of this. Sure the seeds were sown for the current shitshow but we were blissfully unaware. Pre Sep 11th we were resting on our laurels at the end of history, things will never be so good again. Oasis felt good and exciting and it brought people together and yeah I accept all the criticisms, they're all true too. But I'm just so nostalgic for when we could all enjoy something together and felt no reason to think everything wouldn't be OK.
