Going to have it with some sour cream and a big side salad as well.

I've made it before and it is yummy!

Sausages, onions, mushrooms, courgettes all bunged in the oven in one tray, might add some potatoes but we're both trying to eat less. Maybe some peas.

Spaghetti bolognese with some typical salad items. No fancy giant mumsnet side salad here 😂

Kids are having sausage, mash, peas and gravy. Dh and I are having breakfast wrap.
Tomorrow is smash burgers and homemade chunky chips.

Baked potatoes with left-over chilli con carne and some salad

Oy is that a dig at me!

I will be making my big side salad in a large wooden bowl with a home made balsamic vinaigrette, tossed with my wooden salad thingys. Its a middle class dream!

I'm so exhausted I think just a jacket potato and some salad then an early night.

Lazy dinner tonight of pesto pasta although I'm debating mine being spinach gnocchi instead of pasta.

All inclusive buffet as I am on holiday. Also some drinks.

DCs are having pasta ready meals (don't judge, it's a treat!)

Lazy night tonight, so frittata (just potato, bacon and eggs really). My go-to dinner when I don't feel like cooking!

Thursday night is curry night, spice taylor mix so not fancy from scratch but the kids love it. Serving with rice, tarka dahl and naan.

Filled tortellini here those ready ones that take 2 mins! And fish fingers and plain pasta for DC

A vaguely Japanese inspired tuna noodle salad. It might be a good sized salad, but not massive 🙂

Slow cooker lemon chicken, with green beans.

Chicken enchiladas all from scratch including the tortilla wraps and enchilada sauce. Loads of melted cheese and spring onions on top 😋 Homemade churros for pudding.

Chips and egg.

A creamy leek, sausage pasta thing that I have never made before but looks quick and easy.

Chilli con carne, rice and salad.

Exactly the same here - although with tagliatelle 😊

I've got some sausages that need using up, so I'm doing those in the oven with some frozen chips and some baked beans! A proper comfort tea!
