Hairy Bikers mushroom risotto - a regular choice when I'm not working. DP loves it!

I've recently made a new pasta dish of prawns, mackerel and chorizo with a slightly spicy tomato based sauce with onions and peppers and usually fresh basil. A bit random but super speedy and tasty for a midweek tea. DH in hospital getting a knee op. DS aged 3 has fish pie as apparently he's went off pasta 👀

Chicken kiev, mash and unspecified veg.

I'm not cooking today as I did yesterday. Amd mine was proper cooking. Not complaining though.

I’ve just boiled some potatoes to make mackerel fish cakes. Plus a salad on the side.

I’ve injured myself on holiday and am in the hospital not our lovely hotel restaurant 😥

They bought me a grey looking chicken thigh with boiled potatoes which I wasn’t going anywhere near so I’ve sent DP out for snacks!

I’m marinading some salmon fillets (ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, lime juice) and will have them with rice and roasted vegetables (peppers, carrots, red onion).

I'm doing a coconut lime chicken dish ....the recipe appeared on my Instagram feed a while back. It's nice and simple, have done it before.

I have DS coming over, with his GF and GF's mum.....DD1 also in residence so that's six of us.

Well I have been home alone all week and off work.... So was trying to decide between wagamama or a Greek kebab!

I’ve broken my ankle and was meant to have an op today but the incompetent twats at my insurance company took 5 hours to authorise it so now I have to wait until tomorrow. 😠

off out for a carvery as i cannot be bothered! Dh and mini me are not complaining so we will jump in the car and head off!
