Lots of lovely dinners here. The smoked haddock and leek risotto sounds awesome.

I'm doing an Ottolenghi aubergine and puy lentil stew and putting some feta on top. DH is away so it's just for me.

Lasagna if I can get my acting gear and make béchamel sauce, otherwise spag Bol, mince is bubbling away

We’re having this but I wrap mine in Parma ham or similar, and today we’re having it with asparagus and baby potatoes with garlic butter.

Garlic roasted meatballs with flatbread and caramelised onions from a jar ( weekday saviour) with olives, hummus and a massive salad !! Ok it's not massive but j couldn't help myself it's been a long day

We have friends over for D&D tonight (dungeons and dragons) so I needed to cook for 8 including DD.
Took the easy option and did a huge chilli, rice, garlic bread and some tortilla chips. I love making chilli.

My 15 year old is in the kitchen making this, all from scratch:
Chicken shawarma kebabs, flatbreads, pickled red onions, salad and garlic mayonnaise, followed by lemon cheesecake.
I see it as my duty as a responsible parent to teach them essential life skills.😉😋

Slow cooker pork shoulder that bubbled away for 8 hours in a chicken, thyme, rosemary and white wine sauce. Served with mash and carrots.

Will do us for 2 days.
