In middle age ... 24:02 ( age 57)

In my youth ..... 19:56 (age 28).

Edited ... typo gave me a superhuman time!

Around about 35 minutes give or take. At the minute I'm training for distance rather than speed although I'm hoping that the more distance I can cover the quicker I can get for a 5K.

My PR 26 something.
Today 40:26, which was due to weather, been steadily bringing it back down for the last couple months.
The average for a woman is something like 38min

But the average woman doesn't run 5k, let's be really proud that we're out there doing it regardless of how long it takes us!

This year it is 25.34 and am aiming for 25.00 when I do my 50th Parkrun ! I have done 45 to date.
I am 54 and didn’t start running until I was in my 40s
I prefer running a longer distance and find the Parkrun a bit of a slog and I don’t chat in the way round !
What I enjoy from running, is the chat I have with friends.

I just got my PB of 35:40 and I’m chuffed. Previous was just under 39 but usually 40-43. I started In January with Couch 25k.
Can just about manage a 10k currently. 36 years old and overweight but have lost nearly 2 stone since I started running.
