Have to say the tone is incredibly condescending. It sounds like they're treating the public like medieval peasants who dare question how their divine rulers are doing. There is not even a single word of thanks to the millions of people who genuinely wished her a good recovery and fought tooth and nail to defend her right to privacy?!

Fair enough, some of the rumours are awful and they have a right to rebut, however to give such a curt statement which they KNOW will be published and requoted a thousand times on social media is daring. And without a shred of acknowledgement or thanks that a taxpayer funded working royal disappearing entirely for 4 months might be something to be questioned.

Unless Page6 deliberately misquoted them, the grammatical structure of the sentence is very odd. This was pointed out multiple times on Tiktok. It reads like something typed up in a hurry (no proof checking) or by someone trying to sound smarter than they actually are. They've muddled up two separate subjects by using "Kensington Palace" and "we'd" in the same sentence. They are Kensington Palace. It's very odd to refer to themselves as a third party and then use an active first person form in one breath.

I'm guessing she has Chrons disease which would explain her athletic body. She might have had a bowel resection which is major surgery. She could be left with a colonostomy requiring an external bag. Imagine! Now that would take some adjustments given her situation and needing to be seen all the time, having to always be dressed well. Super anxiety right there OR she might have had cosmetic surgery! Who knows!

You sound a bit entitled. The Royal Family owes you nothing. They certainly don't owe you an explanation and constant updates on Kate, because you wished her a good recovery. 🙄 They explained the situation in mid January. She will be offline til after Easter. Deal with it.

Her health really is nobody else's business other than her doctor. Leave the woman alone to recover in peace. There is no need for the public to know half the gossip the press pour out under the guise of public interest.

When my mum had a a very large annuerysm removed from her abdomen, I remember she was in hospital for a couple of weeks and off work for over 2 months.

If she's had major surgery she will be recuperating for a couple of months.
