I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

Chips and cheese and onion fritter from the chip shop.

L. A crabstick and mayo sandwich and a few crisps
Some chocolate (with salted pretzels in it)
Banana
Rich tea biscuit

D. sausage lasagne from the pinch of nom website

currently waiting for the lemon and blueberry cake bar to cool that I made this afternoon

Sunday lunch with turkey, veg, Yorkshire pudding, mash, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes and pigs in blankets

Chocolate fudge cake and cream

Not a good day calorie wise but food was excellent, as was the company

Greek yoghurt with pineapple and blueberries, mixed seeds and kefir.

Leek and potato soup & toast.

Pear and apple.

Roast chicken, roast spuds, Yorkshire puds, swede, carrot, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, peas and spring greens.

2 squares of dark chocolate.

I seem to have eaten so much compared to everyone else!

Piece of chocolate cake.
About 5 cups of tea
Maybe a piece of toast later.

Coffee and 2 pieces of toast with butter and peanut butter.

Toasted cheese and ketchup sandwich and an iced biscuit.

A banana and blueberry milkshake made with the nutribullet.

Roast chicken, mash, spinach, broccoli and gravy.

Probably have some chocolate or a pastry before bed.

Not very healthy but have enjoyed it all!

1 banana, handful of red grapes, 5 strawberries
decaf coffee with oat milk. 2 plain digestive biscuits. 3 jaffa cakes.
turkey salad sandwich. 1 small alpro fruity yoghurt pot.
bowl of wheetos with oat milk.

L- home made vegetable and split pea soup with added butterbeans.

Tea- green salad, edamame beans, butterbeans and chopped tomatoes with 6 chopped Quorn chilli bites.

Dinner - Thai green curry with rice and few After Eights for dessert
