Back by popular demand, lol.

Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

B- porridge with banana, berries and peanut butter

S - 2 choc rice cakes

L- scrambled eggs and avocado on rice cakes

S - protein bar

D - salmon & broccoli

S- yoghurt, grapes, berries, nuts

Haven’t done one of these in ages 😇

B - cornflakes with milk
L - a few oven chips in a roll with butter
D - I picked at a few crisps and carrots with dip
Dessert - choc ice cream

Didn’t do much today so wasn’t too hungry!

Morning, a cup of coffee,

About 09.30 am when I got to work, 2 boiled eggs. A tea.

About 5 litres of water and lots of toilet breaks.

Running late and only ate lunch, The only thing left in the staff canteen was chicken caesar salad , which is literally all lettuce and 2 pieces of chicken and a bag of crisps. 2.30pm

For dinner I have steak and veg, that I'll have about 7ish

Scrambled egg with cheese, and toast.
Beans and toast. We had vegetable beef pie also but I saved mine for tomorrow.

Breakfast was a coffee with skimmed milk.

About 11ish I had a slice of toasted low GI bread with mashed avocado and boiled egg.

I then had leftover grilled lamb and salad for dinner a out 7.

For a snack I had a bit of frozen yoghurt and a latte with almond milk, some nuts and lots of water.

Recoverng from upset stomach, so just chicken noodle soup, half a grilled cheese. Later on scrambled eggs & cheese with grainy toast. Then a few chips. Dh bbq'd bison burgers, so I'll be eating mine for lunch today.

Bread, butter and blackberry jelly for breakfast
Lunch was the last bit of the minestrone thing and some cheese
Dinner, no idea- I might do chips in the chip pan and have egg and chips. Rice pudding and the end of last year's gooseberries after.

Breakfast: cup of tea and leftover feijoada from last nights dinner
Snack: slice of lemon drizzle (shared with two toddlers...) and a cortado
Lunch: sourdough baguette with roast chicken, tomato, cucumber, salted butter and mayo
Snack: slice of oven pizza from DC's dinner
Snack: air fried cheese bites and a glass of chablis
Not sure if dinner is happening, not sure it needs to!

A breakfast burrito (scrambled eggs, cheese and hashbrowns with chilli flakes and coriander all in a wrap) dipped in sour cream and salsa. A coffee

A bowl of spicy fried rice with prawns, chicken and a fried egg on top.
Another coffee.

2 pints of water.

Dinner will be bacon wrapped pork loin fillet that was reduced price from Booths - winner. With mustard mash and home made apple sauce.

L: Roast aubergine with caper and chili butter sauce; avocado; greek yog/mayo

S: Crisps, cupcake, satsuma

coffee, water, san pelligrino, zero alcohol beer, kombucha.

Blueberries, grapes, raspberries, kefir, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup.

Finn sourdough rye crackers, butter, aubergine dip, chilli cheddar, lettuce.

4 squares Bournville

Handful mixed nuts and more chilli cheddar ( am addicted)

Roast chicken thigh with cabbage, broccoli, carrots and gravy.

4 squares milk choc

Breakfast- porridge with banana & nut butter

Lunch- omelette with toast and avocardo

Snack- nut bar & 1 very small cracker

Dinner - story dry of rice, lentils, tinned salmon, peas & carrot

Snack (will be) - protein fruit & veg smoothie
