Back by popular demand, lol.

Please continue to share your day's delicious delights! Whether you are a snack muncher, or a total gourmand lets continue to relish in eachother's meals!

I've only had 2 packs of chicken flavour crisps and a belvita bar so far today. I'm sure you can do better than that!

So far today...on a low carb diet

Omelette with spinach, peppers and cheese
Coffee

Dinner is chicken curry with cauli rice.

Suspect a handful of nuts and a square of 85% chocolate may be consumed as well.

B Two pieces of wholemeal toast and rhubarb jam
2 black coffees

L Fried egg, tomato ketchup and a piece of toast
small banana
small piece of Danish pastry
cup of tea

D Baked potato, cheese and beans and salad
Can of diet cider

Today (so far) - not a good day...

B yoghurt, banana

S TWO!!! cookie icecreams

L small baked spud, cheese and salad

S brown roll and jam

S bowl of tropical yoghurt

Dinner will be beef and tomato curry and rice

I think I have a worm.

I love this thread 😂 Whoever it was that had the cheese & branston pickle toastie is a genius.

Lunch: Greek yoghurt, mixed seeds, strawberries, blueberries & dried banana slices

Protein yogurt pot

My afternoon snack whilst I do the kids’ tea will be two slices of toasted buttered sourdough with a cup of tea and I cannot wait

Dinner will be: marinated basa with veg and lime & chilli noodles

Argh… today’s been one of those days where I’ve been mega busy, so didn’t get to snack (prolly a good thing, even if my cats are sulking they didn’t get any!).

B: Homemade porridge with apple, pecans and sour cherries, some maple syrup and allspice.
L: Turkey and wild rice soup again (batch cooked it to last four days)
D: Slow-cooked pork and pineapple adobo with some brown rice followed by a sugar-free chocolate mug cake. Nom!

Oh dear oh dear
Lunch: Homemade hot cross bun with loads of butter
Mint choc biscuit I found at the back of the cupboard
Snacks : Homemade cheese scone - more butter
3 Finn crisp breads with…. Yes you’ve guessed it
4 Dairy Milk Chunks
Dinner: Ham, mashed swede and cabbage
4 mugs of Redbush tea

Only putting ‘homemade’ in a pathetic attempt to offset all that butter.

For both yesterday and today:

Breakfast: Coffee with a dash of dairy milk.

Lunch: Homemade mushroom, bacon and white bean soup, with mixed seeds and kefir - plus a sheet of nori, glug of apple cider vinegar, slurp of beetroot juice and bite of turmeric root as well.

Dinner: Homemade wholewheat pasta bake with tomato basil and chickpea sauce, topped with parmesan, mozzarella black pepper and pine nuts - plus my usual starter salad of rocket, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radish, sweetcorn, beetroot kim chi, home-grown broccoli sprouts, edamame beans and avocado, topped with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sumac, black pepper and mixed sesame seeds.

Snacks: Handful mixed berries

Drinks: Genmaichai green tea and home made kefir water throughout the day.

Breakfast: Coffee with pumpkin spice oat milk, omelette with sweet potato, butternut squash, spinach and cheddar cheese.

Lunch: Pizza homemadeish using a ready made sourdough pizza puck plus pesto, peas and cheddar.

Supper: Overnight (all day) oats with ground almonds, chopped dates and pumpkin spice oat milk.

Small packet of Walkers ready salted crisps
About 8 fruit shortcake biscuits ( really have to avoid buying those as I always eat loads!)
Hashbrowns with BBQ sauce for lunch
Small packet of Skips
Mugs of tea ( 3 or 4)
Non alcoholic gin with Fevertree tonic
Dinner will be an Iceland House Curry
Oh boy what an unhealthy day!!

Breakfast …Oatmilk Iced coffee.

Lunch… tomato ‘cup a soup’, egg sandwich and a banana.

snack….. blueberries and a pear.

Dinner…..Curry made with quorn fillets, and basmati rice.

First day of trying to eat healthier. Yesterdays menu was very different ( Mini eggs and hot cross buns featured heavily…oops!)

Banana and honey muffin for breakfast.

Mozzarella, Mortadella and pesto toastie with a big pile of sugarbelle tomatoes for lunch.

Mongolian beef, broccoli, edamame beans and bamboo shoots with spicy rice for dinner.

Might have some peanut crackers as a snack later.

I reckon about 1200 calories at the moment

Roll and sausage (square with ketchup)
Chocolate doughnut
Sweet chilli chicken with onion and peppers (homemade) and boiled rice
Can of Pepsi

I've been very busy today but it is fairly often that I'll have either breakfast or lunch not both. I usually snack a lot but not had time. Will probably have some fruit and maybe a packet of crisps this evening. Haven't drank anywhere near enough today I need to start carrying a drinking bottle with me.

I had an Indian takeaway today..been eating salad all weekend which I actually prefer now I just feel fat and have to walk the dog

Thanks so much for carrying on this thread folks!

Following my sausage, mushrooms and chips from the caff, cappuccino and a pint of Guinness..
I had I sleep and then a mini battenburg cake. And a bowl of pistachio kulfi (nice but a bit fake tasting)
Dinner was Waitrose fish pie. Nowhere near as good as the Charlie Bighams one. Much less fish!
Peas, little carrots and leftover Cauliflower.

Another mini battenburg...

Healthy, not so much. Delicious, absolutely!
