Just that, how many of you know your husbands/partners passcode for their phone?

BitOutOfPractice · 27/12/2023 22:46

yes because it’s the day we met he uses it for lots of things. I’ve never used it though

YesItsMeIDontCare · 27/12/2023 22:46

Yes, and my fingerprint is stored. More of a "just in case we ever needed to" than anything else.

Tarkan · 27/12/2023 22:47

Yes we do. We often use each other's phones for googling things if our own is charging in another room or whatever.

RufustheFactualReindeer · 27/12/2023 22:47

Yes

everyone in the house knows mine

Mountainhowl · 27/12/2023 22:47

Yep and he knows mine, we don't look through each others phone though, he sometimes uses mine for Pokémon go if he wants to do a difficult raid battle and I sometime nick his to use the internet if we're out and I'm out of data

CrispsandCheeseSandwich · 27/12/2023 22:47

Yep. But it's not important to me that I know it, and I've never looked on his phone behind his back. I just know it because there have been a few times he's asked me to look at something while he was unable to for whatever reason.

HP89 · 27/12/2023 22:47

He set me up with Face ID Incase I need to look up something (my phone has awful battery life!). He also knows my code.

Goodlard · 27/12/2023 22:48

Yes and he mine

letspopthekettleon · 27/12/2023 22:48

No and I wouldn't want him to know mine. It's ok to have some privacy in a healthy relationship

MeinKraft · 27/12/2023 22:48

Yes. But it is 123456 so not exactly the enigma code.

AppleDumplings · 27/12/2023 22:48

I know his passwords for everything (I think 😁). Tbh mine are nearly always the same. Very rarely had a need to use them though. Perhaps if my phone was out of juice and his was close and I wanted to Google something. I think I might get suspicious if things were locked and I couldn't access them but thankfully that hasn't happened yet.

RufustheFactualReindeer · 27/12/2023 22:48

I only have a passcode so i don’t accidentally butt dial people

toomanyleggings · 27/12/2023 22:49

Yes we know each others

Chawklit · 27/12/2023 22:49

Yes and he knows mine

SirenSays · 27/12/2023 22:49

Yes, we know each others codes and use each others phones often out of convenience.

SallyWD · 27/12/2023 22:49

Yes I do but I never, ever go on to his phone unless he's asked me to check something.

Notimeforaname · 27/12/2023 22:50

Yes. We both know each other's.

Goodlard · 27/12/2023 22:50

BeaRF75 · 27/12/2023 22:45

No. Why would I need it?

I know this is mad, but I want us to know each others in case of accident or death! I'd need to access stuff to pay bills etc that are his personal ones and vice versa.

I don't access his phone, no reason too other than the above.

PuffyShirt · 27/12/2023 22:50

Yes and we both have each other’s facial recognition set up on our phones.

JubileeJumps · 27/12/2023 22:50

Yes and he knows mine.

jadey1991 · 27/12/2023 22:51

Nope I don't.

Goodlard · 27/12/2023 22:51

Redshoeblueshoe · 27/12/2023 22:45

Neither of us have a passcode

Do you not use your phone for banking, emails etc?

That not a security risk?

Channellingsophistication · 27/12/2023 22:51

No I don’t

14Q · 27/12/2023 22:51

Yes but I've never looked. He doesn't know mine but my adult kids all do so he would ask them if he needed it.

I have absolutely nothing to hide and I am 100% sure my husband doesn't either. How boring of us

Goodlard · 27/12/2023 22:52

PuffyShirt · 27/12/2023 22:50

Yes and we both have each other’s facial recognition set up on our phones.

I'd never thought of setting that up...... genius!

That's on the to do list!
