Saw a friend tonight who came over, and when she did we both got a bit peckish but it was after dinner time. So I suggested a bowl of cereal (cereal is so much better in the evening) and our cereal of choice was weetabix.

She was nothing short of horrified at the amount of weetabix I placed in my bowl.
I had 4.. 4 weetabix. She had 2. IMO there's 3 mouthfuls to a whole individual weetabic..

I have been known to polish off 6, one time, but that was to replace an evening meal.
My toddler DD has 2 and she's more less than half the size of me! I've always had a pretty good metabolism and a very healthy weight etc.

Anyway, AIBU in having 4 weetabix. How many do you have?

Sorry OP but it’s 2 here! But mainly because I only eat them in a bowl where they can lie flat and I don’t like them to overlap (so the milk makes them all soft) And I heat them up. So I’m the weirdo here really, not you… 😂

Exactly the same here. But with a massive salad.

Do say you'll push the boat out and have half a thimble of low fat brandy cream with it instead of milk. It is Christmas after all! 🎅

I remember a patient I was talking to about constipation. He ate 20 weetabix a day because he had been told they were good for him. Didn’t eat much else, it was a complicated sheltered living situation and he had learning difficulties, not much contact with other people. Don’t eat 20. I still feel sad for him 5 years on.

Yes, he adds Kellogg’s special k because it’s what we usually have in the house. His reasoning: 2 Weetabix are not enough but more than 2 is too much and a bit boring so Kellogs go in.
I do 1.5 weetabix sometimes so another half goes to him.

I would only eat two at a push but it wouldn't bother me in the slightest if you ate four or four hundred.

I went through a very pleasant period of eating berries (strawberries or blueberries) in Greek yoghurt when I was living alone as a student - morning and evening. Breakfast food is fun and delicious and I’m always surprised eg that cafes stop serving it at midday or something. They’d get a lot of custom for me if they didn’t. Can you imagine waffles for dinner?

Now I want ice cold milk with weetabix..and I don't have any weetabix in the house.
...and three for me. Four for any of the other grown ups in the house. I'm a tiny eater though. Weetabix are one of those slidy foods though that I can eat a fairly big portion of.

Only psychopaths eat the recommended portion size of cereal surely..
