Enjoyed watching the documentary, he was different than I expected him to be, not sure how really, but I have more respect for Victoria now as I think their lives have been about what he wanted/needed mainly There are rumours of lots of affairs, is this true though as I find that hard to believe, he seemed so obsessed with her

Yes she declined the reunion, and she had every right to if she feels her life has moved on. What’s your point?

She’s still very much in touch with the others, they all attended her son’s wedding and she designed the outfit Mel B wore when she got her OBE (or whatever it was) a few months back.

Women are allowed to not smile all the time for the press, if they don't want to.
Probably even more so when they have been subjected to years of grief from the media and its readers for many years,

If he was off having all
these affairs, surely she’d divorce him? She has plenty of money in her own right and could be with someone that could keep it in his pants

he maybe hasn’t even cheated (though I believe the stories of him being a bit of a slapper).

Or… she’s self aware enough to know that she’s actually not a very talented singer, and she’s been able to pursue a real passion and continue earning money doing something she loves and appears to be very good at… and if there are people willing to pay a king’s ransom for one of her handbags then why wouldn’t she charge that much?

@Pumpkinoutfitsgalore I've just always found Victoria snobby, she gives me pompous vibes. People know her because of her husband, it wasn't for him she wouldn't have handbag lines for thousands of pounds.

She was way way more famous than him when they got together. People forget that.

@stealthninjamum perhaps your definition of WC differs to mine. Can you image the cost alone to maintain a Rolls Royce? Like I said.... you don't really see those type of cars around often. VB father was an electronics engineer and opened a business from that which did pretty well.

Don't forget it was also a private school

Don't see why it has to be an either or thing. Separately they would have probably faded out of the public eye quite quickly, as a couple they both had their part to play in making the brand. Victoria was the initial driving force to build a career outside football and now David is the main money spinner.

People knew at the school. It was not speculation. There were certain repercussions - it was dealt with - and people warned not to go to the press.

Shame that wasn’t in the documentary. But then I am just being nosy about things that have absolutely nothing to do with me. I would still watch it though.

That really stayed with me after watching the 1st ep. I couldn’t believe she told him just before a crucial game. Surely most people could wait?

It’s definitely more than one affair. There have been multiple, and if rumours are to be believed, at least one child has come from his extra marital activities, who Victoria knows about. He comes across as a nice guy, but i think sadly he’s a lot less perfect than he wants us to think.

I've never heard of any other affair and definitely not a child. Where is the lowdown on this?
