How often do you change your bedding?

Just as the title says really, wanted some other input as to how often bedding should be changed!

I normally do every two weeks but now I'm paranoid it should be being done weekly

Fortnightly but I like to do the pillow cases weekly.

@nochangeever it's not even my sodding cat, it just turns up every day since 2019 and sleeps here

What a cute cat! And discerning too Smile

Twice weekly, only because my dog jumps on and leaves hair. Used to be weekly before I had him. I love clean sheets, especially after a nightshift

I never change my bed. DH does it every week or so. Grin Actually I do change the cats bedding every few days, she sleeps on my legs on a rotation of three special blankets I bought for her birthday. I arrange the blanket just the way she likes it and I can't move my legs all fucking night in case I disturb her.

Funnily enough we have just swapped from Winter to Summer bedding (fucked that up as it's freezing today Hmm) The fleecy bedding and velvety blankets have been vacuum packed up and the cotton bedding has come out. I love the Big Bed Change every six months, it feels like we have brand new bedding Smile

I spend far too much time thinking about my bed. And my cat.

Weekly.

StarlightLady · 26/04/2023 16:45

It depends on how many different people I sleep with! 😂

JMSA · 26/04/2023 16:47

Every fortnight without fail. I'm single, so it's never too sweaty.

Spybot · 26/04/2023 17:53

My bed - twice a week. That because I get overheated and sweaty at night and the dogs jump on it during the day.The kids do their own probably one every two weeks.

ALongHardWinter · 26/04/2023 18:09

Once a week.

Grumpafrump · 26/04/2023 18:30

I aim for weekly. Nothing nicer than getting into a bed with crisp clean sheets at the end of a long day. DH grew up in a house where his mum rarely changed the sheets, and he still feels (over a decade into marriage) that weekly changes are a very extravagant luxury, bless him.
