Paul Breach

For those of you who use TikTok, have you seen this Paul Breach Guy? What’s your opinions on him?
My cousins daughter showed me his videos, it’s quite alarming and I’m worried that he seems to get so much engagement on the platform which is really geared toward teenagers.

she’s explained the back story to me, he’s forty odd and got a 16/17 year old pregnant when he was 28 (I think). And he since has been allegedly messaging and creating content geared toward teenage girls. Most recently, he stayed in a hotel with a 19 year old with the pretence of taking photos, all starting to sound a bit Dahmer-esqe.

Forgive me if this isn’t accurate it is being relayed to me by a younger family member.

He pops up on my FYP every now and then with his revoltingly cringey dancing to George Ezra’s Green Green Grass. A grown man, dancing in his Dad’s bathroom while videoing himself - baffling

I refuse to search his page up though as I don’t want to give him views, or encourage my FYP.

I see an awful lot of videos calling his behaviour out though. A creepy weirdo, grooming young women and girls but seemingly staying just on the right side of the law.

GinoVino · 04/01/2023 13:39

Just because these girls are of 'legal' age doesn't mean what he's doing isn't illegal. It's grooming.

GinoVino · 04/01/2023 13:40

Is legal I mean. It can still be classed as illegal if he's found to have groomed them

Itsvalentino · 04/01/2023 13:41

Vile little fucka he is, so bloody creepy. The lifting up of his top to show his boxer band, the winking, the lip licking, euwwwww!

AllyPallyWally · 04/01/2023 13:49

He had never come up on my fyp until Karen(?) did the video saying they had gone on a night out in Sheffield, then another video defending herself by saying he's into teenage girls and she's only got boys so she isn't putting her kids at risk Shock. Since then some of his Lives come up. Luckily I think the vast majority of people on the app have a handle of him due to the sheer amount of videos about him.

Oh how lovely of her “my kids are safe so who cares”, she sounds great!

I’m glad to hear that he is quite well known for his predatory behaviour, although still concerned for impressionable young women he’s managing to reach.
for those more in the know…Do these young women do it for their own “fame” knowing his reputation, making him look a fool, or do they seem vulnerable? I hope it’s the first, love the idea that his tactics are being flipped on him

He also abused his position whilst working a carer, he openly admitted to air kissing vunerable patients. He wants locking up.

AlwaysGinPlease · 04/01/2023 14:17

He's disgusting and I agree he needs watching very very closely.

Yourteaisgettingcold · 04/01/2023 14:19

This is it, he skirts on the right side of the law when it comes to girls but in terms of being in a position of trust while working he has certainly not followed the law.

Theopossumwasmeantforme · 04/01/2023 14:20

@AllyPallyWally that's exactly what happened to me!

@IrmaGord it gets stuck in my head too, I didn't mind her before but now 🤢. Then a video came on my fyp of the pair of them (well I don't know if it was real) and that was worse.

OlympicProcrastinator · 04/01/2023 14:24

@GinoVino*

I had no idea grooming was a ‘stand alone’ offence, as in, I assumed it was illegal to groom
children only. Having seen your post, I saw on the Met Police site that even grooming adults through social media is illegal if they are vulnerable. He is definitely skating on very thin ice isn’t he!?

Notsa · 04/01/2023 14:24

It's a vicious circle - all the engagement, chat and parodies just drives his engagement which in turn drives his subscriptions and therefore makes him money and feeds his narrative that he is doing nothing wrong and is popular.

Unless you are one of a select few, the timescale of a social media 'star' is short and so ideally ignoring him will drop his engagement and the popularity will tail off and he will disappear with it. However to do that means that other vulnerable young girls in the future may be unaware of him and his tactics.

The "rumours" about Paul are true.
He did in fact get his baby mum pregnant at 16 when he was 27/28. As much as it is "legal" it still isn't morally right. He claims that they were in love and had a a house together and split up before he became big on tiktok. He said himself in a live video in the beginning mentioning his son and how old he was and told people to work out for themselves how old she was etc. There are pictures of him and his baby mum together and you can clearly see how young she is from the photographs. Alot of speculation about whether he was a friend of the family etc. His baby mum has gone completely silent on all socials, which I really don't blame her as the amount of backlash she would receive would be astounding. Word of the grapevine is that his son is bullied as well because of Paul being big on social media. There is apparently a "legal" document which Paul has had to sign so he cannot talk about his past relationship online.

His previous job before he became full time on social media was that he was a carer. He has done videos himself about what sort of carer he was, explaining that he used to kiss them and show affection but because he received a hell of alot of hate for it, he tried justifying that it was a "side kiss into the air" - these are his words. Following from that, he recently said that he had to put his fingers into a residents mouth whilst they were experiencing extreme low blood sugars, which anyone who has worked in care will know the correct way to administrator safe first aid for this and then went onto explain that there were nurses stood around him whilst he was doing this and again trying to justify a bit too hard as to why he was doing it.

His recent stunt with the young 19 year old girl : the young girl is an OF creator and advertised herself on some websites that she is a SW. Not hating on the girl because we all have to make a living somehow but there are other ways of going about it. From what I can make of it is that one or the other has been in contact together and have met up to take photos. Now Paul claims he is a photographer, but uses his phone to take still photos of buildings and landscapes etc but he has been caught out on a few of his photos that they are generic photos from Google. He is now trying to claim that he wants to become a professional photographer.
The incident with the young girl goes as followed : they met up in Norwich. Which Paul has been to before on his little tour around the UK. He took photos of her modelling down and alleyway and posted only one on his Instagram with no photo credit to the girl. From this stems that they spent 2 days together in an air bnb which he went live on tiktok to gloat that he is with someone and that they are going to be taking "photos". It has come out that the girl posted on her Instagram story that she was filming content for her OF account whilst she was staying with him. Again, he went live on tiktok as he always does, gloating what he was doing. The young girl was in the background of his live and he kept saying to her to get her outfits ready so they can do the shoot. Alot of people have said how uncomfortable she sounded in the background and he repeated himself a few times about her getting outfits ready for the shoot.

Non of this sits well.

He targets a young audience on tiktok, he has his chat to subscribe only which you have to pay £5 just to be able to communicate with him, but even then he will tell you to follow him on Instagram, to message him on there and he will respond. He tried covering his own back by telling people to put their age in the bio bevause he won't respond if you're a certain age.
Young accounts have now been found to be gifting him which means he is getting money for being the way he is online. When i say young, I've seen as young as 13 gifting him.

I honestly urge anyone with young kids who use tiktok to block his account and not to interact with him. He is a danger to the community.

If you've gotten this far, then I take my hat off to you but people need to know the truth about him.

Before anyone asks, there is ALOT of information online about him which has been confirmed so non of this is slander as 90% of it has come from his own mouth.

BarkingUpTheWrongTreeAgain · 04/01/2023 14:45

He gives me the same vibe as Mr Tumble.

I have known about him for a long time and his jumper tugging wall dancing has ruined so many songs for me because the second he appears on my FYP dancing while squatting against a wall singing my fave song, I can't listen to it again.

I hope his talk about kissing residents when he was a care worker is exaggerated. I have him blocked but there's just so many people who reupload his content to get the engagement views, likes and income on their own accounts so he still pops up on my FYP a lot.

catfunk · 04/01/2023 14:47

Just looked at his profile, another perfect example (like that energy drink, Prime) of sheep mentality, expolitation and how social media makes some sections of society abandon all common sense ....

Oh my god. Thank you for writing this all out.
I’m a HCP myself and am shocked about the actions described from being a carer. Why on earth would you kiss a patient in any capacity, horrifying. I do hope he has been reported to CQC to prevent any future care career.

I don’t like the guy and the dancing is a bit cringe… and know I’m in the minority in saying he legally hasn’t done anything wrong. Being creepy or cringe isn’t illegal. The girl that was pregnant was 17 years old (happens all the time), he sees his child and they were together for years. The women he took photos of was 19 and doing it for her Only Fans… Sadly all these women are adults and can make their own choices. It might be creepy to have a 20 year age gap but it happens, it’s always happened and little is going to change that. If you’re concerned about your daughters engaging with him, have a conversation with them about general internet safety.

Gerrataere · 04/01/2023 15:00

To add to the fantastic post above, he’s also been ‘highly intense’ towards other women. One, he tried to move in with after 3 weeks of knowing. Took everything with him to her home including his birth certificate. She got very annoyed very quickly and that’s how he’s ended up living with his poor dad.

He has a habit of dating women with children. When one separated from him, he made a fake insta account of her and her child, and only followed her real account back. He was in a relationship with another young woman and called her daughter ‘his girl’.

He got catfished to meet another 19 year old. When she turned out not to be real, he made a half joking video holding a condom saying ‘guess I won’t be needing this’.

He used to visit his son in the early days of being on TT, but reading between the lines it seems he hasn’t seen him in months. Especially since he admitted to a legal document being in place - he said it was a mutual one to keep privacy but he may well be being liberal with the truth there.

He has huge issues with another TT creator, who speaks about their experiences being groomed by someone just like himself. He gets especially nasty and bullying towards this creator. Then becries his own mental health, threatens all sorts (yet will not switch off any social media).

Im sure there’s so much more but that’s all off the top of my head…

With all due respect, saying things like this doesn’t help. Girls do not magically mature once they hit 17/18/19. If anything this is the point that they are most vulnerable. Thinking you’re an adult with none of the life experiences to go with it, prime for being taken advantage of. Just because ‘it happens all the time’ doesn’t make it ok, we’re meant to be in a progressive society that’s making the world safer for girls and women. Attitudes like this make it very difficult to make it happen.

Grown men choose young girls for a reason. They’re easier to control, they don’t know themselves yet, they can be easily moulded into the person that man wants them to be rather than their own person. It should never be excused. ‘It happens’ is the reason these men get away with it, whilst the girls they use end up paying with for it for the rest of their lives, usually not just with mental trauma but left raising children from the situation whilst the men in question move on to their next victim.

Actually no. Grooming vulnerable women IS illegal, whatever age you or they are. This 19 year old girl he's recently been entangled with is quite clearly, a very young, vulnerable sex worker with mental health issues. She signed up to OF the day she turned 18 and advertises herself as 'barley legal'. You do not have to be over the age of constent for it to not be considered illegal.

Mizzpah · 04/01/2023 15:33

I believe it was reported at the time - but if I remember correctly the response from the authority he worked for was basically they can’t do anything because he doesn’t work for us anymore.

he behaviour and notoriety has made it so he will be unlikely be able to ever get a job in care again (or any job for that matter), so that may be the only good thing to come about from his TikTok “career”

Yourteaisgettingcold · 04/01/2023 15:55

Grooming another person doesn't have an age constraint or limit.

monicagellerbing · 04/01/2023 16:11

He's a ridiculous man child who only talks to young girls on his lives, he thinks he's gods gift looks-wise when in fact he looks like Billy Bear ham. He's completely up his own arse and got a 16 year old pregnant when he was 29. He's disgusting
