I LOVE sticky toffee pudding! Best for me with hot custard. BUT I'm torn with hot chocolate fudge cake and cream, I don't know what I'd do if they were both on the menu!

it is bread and butter pudding made by me (currently infusing some milk with cardomom and orange essence for one for tomorrow)

If it didn't have the sultanas in it, yes. Or is it raisins? Either way, take those out, and it's perfect.

oh gosh, a really good (lavender, for eg) pannacotta is sublime. Crème brulée is also up there with the best.
As is a good crumble (with oats and nuts in the crumble mix)
Tarte tartin with vanilla ice cream
Steamed ginger pudding and custard

Love it with custard. For me it's on par with a hot brownie/chocolate fudge cake and ice cream 🤤🤤🤤
