I've found that many desserts (and indeed other dishes) can seem "the greatest" when you first try them. I've recently discovered Sticky Jamaica Ginger Cake and managed to devour a whole one myself the other night. I don't know how I lived in England for 30+ years and just discovered this now.
I have had similar revelations in the past with Rhum Baba, flapjacks, apple crumble, lemon polenta cake and chocolate mousse cake.

… oh, and tiramisu, and coconut and raspberry scones.

YAsoNBA. My favourite pudding. And I like puddings 😁 I always tell myself I'll go for something different, but I always go for the sticky toffee pudding with custard - not ice-cream. I'm a bit fussy about hot and cold foods together.

Tbf I love it but I also love a crumble...and chocolate fondant....and a trifle....so I couldn't choose 😬

The cinnamon buns sold in the IKEA food section are wonderful too

The ones from lidl are better, especially if you nuke them for a minute so they're warm!
