Beachy waves
Docs (90% of the time)
Bootcut jeans
Over patterned dressers
Huge logos

I hate overpatterned dressers. The wood gives me terrible bum splinters. The rest I’m perfectly happy to wear.

FleecyBlanketPerson · 15/11/2022 19:02

Beachy waves - not really, add interest
Docs (90% of the time) - I always wanted a pair but I'm tight as fuck
Bootcut jeans - nah I like a nice pair of bootcut, especially since I have the shoulders of an Olympic swimmer and so bootcut balances out the freak shoulders
Over patterned dressers - no I love them, like too much, the louder the better, people have to see me coming from a mile away.
Huge logos - yes I agree there

My list:
Overly baggy smock clothes.
Anything patent, that's not shoes or a bag.
Frills on shoulders
Jumpers with no arms, think Carlton out of Fresh Prince
Cropped anything, tops or pants, just no
@ShandaLear 😂😂

Jumper with no arms? You mean a sweater vest? 😂

TildaRae · 15/11/2022 19:21

Anything from toast!

All4Stars · 15/11/2022 19:21

Crocs

UWhatNow · 15/11/2022 19:24

Puffy sleeves. Please no more of them. It makes those of us with big knockers look like the talking wardrobe in Beauty and the Beast.

minidancer · 15/11/2022 19:24

Large logos
Cut out shoulders
See through leggings
Lace up clothing
Eyelets
Floral patterns
Peplums

Those kind of glamned-up tracksuit type outfits, velvet etc, that look like lounge wear, except people seem to wear them out and about.

Justthisonce12 · 15/11/2022 19:27

Anything oversized and less you the size of Victoria Beckham i.e. child sized they make you look absolutely enormous same with puff sleeves.

Shoxfordian · 15/11/2022 19:31

Dungarees on an adult amongst other things

BlueKaftan · 15/11/2022 19:31

Cut out shoulders
High waisted jeans that make bums look flat and wide
Lace anything
Most animal prints
shorts with tights I despair

EastCoker · 15/11/2022 19:34

I don't like threads like this.

I declined to post on the interior design thread for exactly the same reason

I think it's poor to sneer at other people's style.

Concentrate on yourself. If you're that brilliant you don't need to tell yourself how shit everyone else is.

Rustyhandlebars · 15/11/2022 19:35

The very deep plunge v neck dresses that are supposed to be sophisticated.
Very tight skinny jeans
Very high heels
Ripped jeans
Lace bodycon dresses

🙄

I dislike summer dresses with white trainers
Crop wide leg trousers
Fake fur and definitely real fur
Sliders with socks
Men in skinny jeans - especially if they are chunky of thigh

HuggsBosom · 15/11/2022 19:46

Hard agree on bootcut jeans and DMs

plus

99% of what Phoebe Buffay wore in Friends

1ittlegreen · 15/11/2022 19:47

The worse thing I think I've seen in ages is Brooklyn Beckham's baggy jeans that make his legs look stumpy and the vile v neck he wears with them. Very 90's but in a deeply unflattering way.

TheLightSideOfTheMoon · 15/11/2022 19:48

Tights/leggings as trousers. You look cold and I can see your pants.

I can’t get my head around it.

SunshineAndFizz · 15/11/2022 19:49

Mom jeans.

Look crap unless you're a size 6, and even then not very flattering.

Blueuggboots · 15/11/2022 19:49

Skinny jeans
Tiered dresses and skirts
Shapeless dresses
Exposed zips make me want to hurt people who make them

Thesearmsofmine · 15/11/2022 19:55

I like seeing peoples different styles so most things don’t bother me but I hate all the midi/midaxi dresses that are everywhere as I’m only 5ft tall.

cimena · 15/11/2022 19:57

Cap sleeves can DO ONE
Ballet flats
Geometric prints
Polo shirts on men, fine on women
pale pink business shirts
visible logos or labels

Skinny jeans
Leggings under dresses (just why?)
Doc Marten's (always look too Brighton)
Bootcut jeans (they make anyone not very lean look too in and out. In at neck, out at boobs, in at waist, out at hips & thighs, in at knees, out at ankles... all wiggly in & out)

Oh dear, hit a nerve, has it? Which one? The patterned wooden dressers?
