Yes to the sensible black skirt/trouser bright top combo. My boss always wears those formal suit sensible black skirt or trousers from the 90's every day with a 'fun' bright coloured top and the matching suit jacket and plain black heels. Good office attire . . . . for 25-30 years ago. She's only mid 40's too but dresses so much older.

Are many people still wearing skinny jeans and long boots this winter?

I don’t wear my long boots in the rain because I don’t want them to get ruined by definitely wear skinny jeans and wellies I’m not having loads of material flapping around my ankles getting wet

Trouble is what do you wear the black trousers with

I try not to do the bright coloured top but may wear a white blouse and probably do look like a waiter

I love dungarees, skinny and mom jeans, shorts with tights! Cropped jumpers.

Dislike dresses with too many frills and bits on them. Dislike red clothing. Or lots of pattern.

I hate it when people wear their coat too tight. Just because you can do it up doesn't mean it fits.

High heels unless you're on a night out/at a wedding.

Men dripping from head to toe in JD when they're in their 60s but dressed like a teenage boy.

Too many patterns/clashing patterns.
