I don't think he is. Comes across as whiny and self-righteous. Next election I suspect the Tories are toast.

So - if not Dishi Rishi or Sir Keir - then whom?!

I cannot see a Labour majority at the next general election. No Tory majority yes, but will they lose nearly 100 seats to Labour? I doubt it.

The serial killing by neglect over Covid and the parties in Downing Street will have been forgotten, inflation will probably be lower, and in Scotland the SNP will get a majority of seats.

The other question is how many will turn out and vote.

The latest opinion poll projections show that Labour's lead has been reduced to little more than 20%.

I vote Labour regardless of the party leader, and I'm sure a lot of tory voters do the same. Lots of public sector workers in my family spanning different generations (teachers, social workers etc..) and so voting Labour is part of how I was raised. I don't think that many people change thier vote according to the party leader. I am hoping Labour might have a chance after the cost of living crisis/all the different prime ministers we've had in such a short time frame. But not holding my breath.
