Agree and I think they have been so far by and large although i have been, in the main, a bystander

When is a verdict expected?

They are off until Tuesday now as it's a holiday weekend in America so that will be the earliest,I'd imagine it will be early next week when they decide

I imagine they will have made their minds up long before the closings

Each statement will have its own verdict so since each claim had three statements, there will be 6 verdicts in all.

$1 win is still ok for him - he is vindicated, has proven that whole flawed, he is not a wife beater and therefore will be able to earn the money back in spades to pay for the legal fees and divorce. Lord know how amber is going to keep a penthouse roof over her head after this - slammed by the studio, and accused them of lying; had her acting “skills” laughed out of court and surely any sane future partner will be very wary (she’s currently dating eve Barlow formerly of the Sun, who clearly can’t keep her in the style she wishes to become accustomed to). And then there’s the poor child :(

They met in spring / summer 2009 when they were filming Rum Diaries. It isn't exactly clear when they started dating. Both put out statements in June 2012 saying they were no longer with their respective partners. In this trial Amber testified to incidents in January 2012 I believe so I am not sure of the exact timeline.

Amber was born April 1986 so she would have been 23 when they filmed together, about 26 when they started dating, and 29 when they married, and 30 when they divorced.

I suspect it will be a hung jury. Of these threads are anything to go by, I think there are too many unanswered questions.

If it is a hung jury both sides will claim the "win"

If after a set time they really can't reach a unanimous verdict, the judge will accept a "heavy majority" though I.e. 6/1

I've been rewatching evidence and previously said she strangely places JDs company's cup in some of her pics and vid. The cabinet vid I watched it again and noticed she moved the camera halfway through to ensure she got him on video.
