Nah. We keep sending the same “solo man and song” package atm and we’ll get the same result by doing it. They’ve only chosen this fella to try and hit the quirky angle that was popular last year (Dadi Freyr).

Might be a decent song and a good singer but everyone seems to hate us in Eurovision so I don't think we'll do well. It all seems a bit pointless this year, too much else to think (and worry) about.

Eurovision always reminds me of some sort of nightmarish high school singing competition. Terrible singing and you have to be a popular to win.

I’ve not watched Eurovision in years - I’m not sure I’ve ever watched the whole thing - but it doesn’t seem like a song that will provide much of a spectacle on the night. A bit forgettable.

Plus no one likes us.

I love him, he will be amazing, but I think Ukraine will definitely win this year, my favourite is the Czech Republic so far, and Norways song is a bop too.

Why? Will we get votes because everyone is impressed by our begrudging acceptance of as few Ukrainians as possible?

Assuming Ukraine will be unable to win, I predict Poland will win. Because their response to the crisis in Ukraine has been fantastic.

Its a bit better since they changed the voting, I wish they would do it on the public votes alone though.

If Ukraine has chosen their singer I would think they will be represented. I can imagine it will be pretty emotional on the night.
