Not to want "OUTSTANDING CLITORAL STIMULATION" at the top of every page on here?

But AIBU to be slightly uncomfortable with seeing "Outstanding clitoral stimulation.” Best sex toys from Ann Summers to heat things up this winter at the top of every damn page? Pretty sure threads from the Sex topic don't appear in Active Convos so why is this OK? I don't need to see it every single time. Sometimes I just want to have a quick look for parking threads and CF drama without having to scroll past "Outstanding clitoral stimulation.” Best sex toys from Ann Summers to heat things up this winter. It's unnecessarily explicit.

Someone did complain back in October, but MN never came back with a proper response.

I've no objection to a clitoral recommendation if that's what I'm going searching for. I don't need it honked like a trombone over my shopping for sustenance or my harmless MN habit of checking if someone is being a bit of a twit or not.

It is very in your face, and I was wondering how it was going down (fnar) with those who have small children around.

Yes, it's extremely irritating and I want rid of it. In any other situation if someone was deliberately trying to draw your attention to sexually explicit material repeatedly and without your consent it would be deemed abusive. Put it in the sex topic where it belongs.

  2. Click Customise
  3. Change 'Ignore stickies' to Yes
Click Save at the bottom of the page

It’s a pretty bad advertising slogan, eh. “Stimulation” 🤣🤣 not exactly a sexy word, sounds like a scientist is peering down at a line of vibrators and giving them all marks out of ten. (Which, oddly, is not a fantasy of mine.)

But then, Ann Summers have never understood what women find sexy. Their target market is men trying to buy racy underwear for their wives while claiming it’s “for her” 🤣🤣🤣
