wont pay for damage to my jeans

I actually needed new pants, so I bought 3 new pairs of mostly otton jeans that were the same on sale from a warehouse getting rid of old stock. The jeans are all one shade of blue so any marks would be obvious. I could've got cheaper jeans but I thought I'd treat myself. They no longer have the jeans in my size but are selling them or something similar on the original website for a similar amount.

Dog of a relative unexpectedly jumped up on me and scratched as soon as I got in the door. I didn't expect them to because last times I've come in they've not done that and I've gone in loads of times. I've had these jeans 2 days. The jeans haven't been torn but are damaged. You'd have to look at them to see the scratches. other marks they've made I'm not sure if it'd come out in the wash. This has effected the aesthetic of the jeans and they don't feel as special. They haven't had holes ripped in them so relative is refusing to replace them

They aren’t really designer jeans. Let it go.

How much do you normally spend on jeans?

You bought three pairs though. Save one pair for 'best', one pair for 'everyday' and the 'ruined' pair for visiting your MIL or any people with dogs.

I get supermarket ones for around the price I payed for bench. Thought I was getting a really good deal but if I replace these I'll get supermarket again when all three were meant to be special. Nothing I can do about it I suppose and hoping it comes out

Surely at the back - bottom of the centaur is horse so it gets a horses genitals, a centaur with a between the front legs willy would be insane. its either at the back or no genitals at all. Do they even have sex ? I prefer to imagine most are celibate or reproduce asexually, I'm no prude, but the idea of a load of centaurs prancing about and rutting wildly is just appalling.

You bought 3 pairs and only one pair have been slightly damaged then why do you need them replacing? You still have 2 others!

Can't you just keep the slightly damaged ones for when you go round to MIL's house? 😊

Stick to supermarket jeans next time. Mine have been jumped all over by assorted dogs, I've chambered through hedges, done the gardening and even fallen over in slimey mud getting the horse in with zero damage. The ones you bought sound a rip off.

Same here, Sainsburys jeans are bloody good and only £14...

What I mean is they're selling they'll be selling similar jeans on the original website. But the warehouse I got the jeans from has been selling them massively discounted because they're getting rid of old stock. The ones in the warehouse have sold out in my size. But relative wont want to pay full price

How long do the supermarket ones last? More than one visit to MIL's? I've bought jeans from Asda in the past that have lasted much longer than branded jeans

I think you are being rediculous. The jeans aren't ripped or broken.

Honestly want to just say I have had Levi jeans, Uniqlo etc and after over 20 years of wearing the things I just stick to £20 from the supermarket or ones in sales from places like primark (love buying sale jeans in primark £3 for a pair is something to be pleased about).

I have never noticed any of them lasting longer then others, sure some might fade faster but hey they are jeans fading is fine, and they all wear out/get holes in exactly the same place (between my thunder thighs after about 12 months).

They have a mark, only visible if you look for it that may or may not come out in the wash.

You want her to buy more expensive jeans to compensate.

Your main gripe is that the jeans don't feel special anymore...

But they don't even sell women's jeans on the Bench website and they are flogging the few pairs of men's ones they do for £14.99 a pair, which leads me to believe Bench are going out of business and just selling off what they do have via other sites such as M&M.
