What do you want for Christmas?

I am getting old and can't think what I want for Christmas, except for a less stressful job/life. Oh and for covid to fuck off and for climate change to do the same.

What are you wishing for for Christmas, that can actually be obtained with some money and not some divine intervention/other people not behaving like arses?

As my name states, I would like a cat but unless there's some divine intervention there, that won't be happening either

I honestly have no idea what I would like for Christmas. I’ve never given it a thought.

My own factory style unit building, where i can host games night and have it as a primary research base. 500,000 Gbp, would help to achieve this and also to begin my investment portfolio.

DH is getting quite stressed as he has no clue what to get me and doesn't want me being left without anything at Christmas. I'm not so bothered but I know I would feel the same if I was in his shoes so I thought I would look for inspiration here.

A bike. Haven't had one for the last 15 years and both DCs can finally ride reliably without too much whining.

A more attainable realistic Christmas want for me is just a nice ring from Pandora or Swarovski.

I'd love to be debt free but I don't think that's going to happen! Probably some nice chocolate or some decent frames for my photos so they can go on the wall.

For christmas, I would like no one to go hungry. No child to go without a toy. Id like that all year round but life sucks sometimes.

I've bought a velvetiser for my adult son who has ASD - he's very difficult to buy for as he never wants anything and he also finds receiving presents stressful as hates being centre of attention, and gets very anxious about it all. But he loves hot chocolate so I'm hoping this will be a real treat for him. I'm going to get him a nice little mug from his cats and big bag of marshmallows to go with it
