I agree. They are “very great” . I’ve had a chow mien and a sweet n sour before and thought they were pretty good for a ready meal x

Do they still do the potato salad with salmon? That was amazing.

Their olive bread from the bakery is incredible

My favourite bread. May have to go and get some. Their fresh bread is excellent

Their expensive pizzas are better than any other supermarket pizzas. The pasta ready meals we have had have been very nice

very nice wines too

M&S ready meals are the only nice ones!

And Charlie Bigham’s, even though they are pricey.

There's only one co-op near me, after this thread I bet their olive bread has already gone.

I've never seen that one but I've just googled and it definitely exists.
I generally get the margherita with pesto and then add anchovies, olives and capers.

Our local coop reduces those pizzas in the evenings to around 50p, it's compensation for all the times their delivery drivers have woken me up, reversing at 5am.

The lasagne is so good! The sugar donuts are amazing if you can get there early enough before they sell out

To be fair their curry ready meals taste about 90% as good as a takeaway which is quite amazing compared to ready meals in the past

I have them sometimes for lunch, as I work in a large coop. Nice to here positive comments about the place for a change!

Love co op. Their toasty loaf is the best!! Curry meals and doughnuts are lovely, and I fancy a treat I call on the way to work for a chicken sandwich.

Kids aren't here so could possibly get another few in... recommendations? I had the fish pie before the expensive one that was lovely

If I time it right I can go in and get it reduced. Too early, not reduced enough, too late, all gone. The lovely man who works there told me the times they do the reductions and I've had some right bargains now I have insider knowledge.
