The four cheese pasta to me it’s expensive ok when it reduced. I like the tomato sauce at the bottom but I don’t even like tomatoes

Wole · 11/09/2021 08:09

I love their fancy salt and vinegar crisps

ISpyCobraKai · 11/09/2021 08:28

@Jasmine11
Weird question, but why did you use that spelling for the fish dip?

Their bakery flap jacks were incredible but have stopped doing them now- am still sulking with Co-op about that

EgSk · 11/09/2021 08:31

I love this 😂😂😂😂👍🏼

BlackAlys · 11/09/2021 08:31

Not sure why I quoted you there 🙈

Monty27 · 11/09/2021 08:34

You need their dine in deals OP
The wine is free 🤣

TheQueef · 11/09/2021 08:38

Aw.
A co-op ready meal regret is such a wholesome hangover!
I too hope someone else is getting up with the three little men four hours sleep won't cut it if you've been declaring love for the refrigerated range all night.
Brew

Chicchicchicchiclana · 11/09/2021 08:41

I don't think I've seen a dine in deal. Do they only do them in the big stores? I might have to investigate!

The Co-Op extra fancy fish pie is nice, also the lamb moussaka. Their sourdough bread is incredible, best I've found in a supermarket.

Nanananani · 11/09/2021 08:43

Their profiteroles as amazing

nannynick · 11/09/2021 08:46

They were better when they were on 3 for £6 offer. That went, prices shot up, and now some are on 2 for £5.

Prefer the Chinese and Indian ones to the Pasta ones.

Littleelffriend · 11/09/2021 08:47

We only have coop where I live. 4 of the fuckers

blissfulllife · 11/09/2021 08:54

I'm a co op Shepard's pie fan

Geriatric1234 · 11/09/2021 08:56

Never tried a co-op ready meal, but out tonight so 💯 sticking up tonight for our return home snack.

How’s the hangover OP (AKA newest MN legend). Was 5am co-op carb load sufficient to negate? This is vital intel.

While I’m here, gonna give a shout out to Morrison’s bakery. Nom.

CounsellorTroi · 11/09/2021 08:58

Co op 90% cocoa chocolate is the best. Lindt is vile.

CounsellorTroi · 11/09/2021 08:59

I did have a co op spinach and ricotta cannelloni once and it was vile.

SweetBabyCheeses99 · 11/09/2021 09:01

Haha I love co-op too! The posh fish pie in the foil tin is sooooo delicious.

MumofSpud · 11/09/2021 09:05

Our local Co-Op shut last yearSad

KindergartenKop · 11/09/2021 09:10

When do you think OP will remember she started this thread?

Paddingtonsmarmlade · 11/09/2021 09:12

Their frozen garlic bread is great. And it's dairy free so my dc can eat it too.

curiouscatgotkilled · 11/09/2021 09:15

I get them when they are in the bargain bin and stash them in the freezer for days I can't be bothered to cook. My children absolutely love them! They like the spaghetti, lasagne and cottage pie.
Coop wines are also very good, I love the coop a lot!

Queenoftheashes · 11/09/2021 09:18

Is this a coop plant? Because I think we all want coop for dinner.

DedalusBloom · 11/09/2021 09:21

We have a Co-op as our local. Their bakery stuff is chef's kiss

We don't tell the cat that their food is from the Co-op as if we did they'd immediately go off it and start only eating stuff from the geographically furthest possible supermarket.

BarbaraofSeville · 11/09/2021 09:22

@ISpyCobraKai

Ok then. I do like their finest brand pizzas if that helps?
I'm annoyed with either co-op or Mumsnet, can't decide which, because someone said they did this pizza in spinach and ricotta flavour and I've been to about 4 co-ops near me, including a proper supermarket sized one and none of them have it. And I now need it and can't have it because it doesn't seem to exist.
ffsgivemestrength · 11/09/2021 09:23

M&S ready meals are the only nice ones!

Co-op bakery six bag of sausage rolls however... I can eat 3 rolls without even realising ... they're so nice my hand keeps accidentally going back in the bag for another!

Hope the heads ok today op! Grin
