Just reading about the most memorable AIBU’s led me on to the best names.

My vote is for Pyonyangkipperbang.

I like ones which reference things that are 'in jokes' for me. Like Line of Duty names. There must be many in jokes that completely pass me by. But that's OK because we're all different

I lol'd at the poster talking about IBS with the phrase 'Because my ring burns Sheila' and I still smile when I post so it's a continual homage to that OP whose name I've sadly forgotten

I like all the names which are a tribute to the late great Terry pratchett or one of his characters.

I had one for a while, but it wasn't very good.

I have to admit that I have totally stolen @ SirChenjin as a quiz team name during lockdown as I think its genius!

Sirchenjin, AtYourCervix, OvO because it looks like an owl

I used to be SirChenjin! I left MN for a while and changed my name when I came back. I can’t seem to get it back - maybe because I closed my account? I’ll have to work out how to reclaim it somehow

I love all the clever names. @PyongyangKipperbang makes me happy, it's the rhythm of it I think, a bit like when you say Benedict Cumberbatch. Something about the amount of syllables maybe.

Mine comes from when I saw Greg Davies on tour - his mum said it to him when she found out about his (ahem) 'relationship' with his teddy bear
