Does anyone else just not like Jason Manford?
I used to quite like him but the last little while he's really started to annoy me and I cant really say exactly why.
Obviously I dont know him personally, Im just talking about as a tv presenter/comedian. I cannot help but roll my eyes and reach for the remote when I hear his voice - am I alone?

Oh I hadnt heard about him cheating, makes me dislike him even more! Is that his current wife?

I once got into a row with him on Facebook. He’d posted some rant in support of this clickbait / Daily Mail sad face story about a schoolgirl who’d missed out on a 100% attendance prize at school, when she’d actually only been off for her mother’s funeral. Of course it must have been terribly upsetting for the girl, but it was more than likely an admin error that could have been sorted with a call to the school rather than to a tabloid news desk. I made this argument on his page, partly because I knew he probably only had less than half of the real story, and partly because it annoyed me that he’d made a big thing of saying ‘I’LL pay for you [the girl] to go to Frankie and Benny’s!!’, which was the prize she’d missed out on. How much would it have been - £20 a head? Bob Geldof he ain’t.

It also annoys me that he’s convinced himself that he’s a great singer. He’s okay, but if he wasn’t on telly he’d never have got a sniff of a job in musical theatre. I think he even did an album!

His teeth look ridiculous, I can't take seriously anyone with teeth like that.

Shame as my favourite youtuber has just done the same and she is now just a massive disappointment :(

I like his radio show on Absolute on a Sunday.
He volunteered during the pandemic as a driver taking people to hospital appointments

I met him at a local cafe prior to him performing in the tour of Curtains. He seemed really nice and I noticed he left a good tip plus tweeted a lovely review of the cafe (I know the owner).

I don't find him funny as a comedian and he's a bit of a shit for all the cheating. Apart from his first wife, presumably the 2nd and 3rd wives both knew what they were getting into as his cheating was well publicised. (That of course doesn't make him less of a sleazy cheating arsehole).

But he's done quite a lot for charity and some of his Facebook posts are alright. He seems down to earth and engages with his fans.

I can't remember why I started following him, might have been the charity ninjas thing.

I cant stand him and i don't even really know anything about him as ive only heard him on the radio which I cant listen to as I find him so awful!

Actually, has he got a 3rd wife? I thought he'd split with his 2nd wife and then had another baby with someone else and then married them? Google only mentions his first wife, Catherine, and his second wife, Lucy.

I don't watch live TV so don't see him on that or hear him on the radio but from his posts, his weightloss group and charity ninja stuff I think he's decent. Heard him on the Parenting Hell podcast and he was good to listen . I think there's always some presenter who will irrationally wind you up though. I can't stand Bradley Walsh even though I know he's a nice person.

I find his showing off of his new house and all his art, kids pirate ship on fb a bit ... strange ... for a grown man.
