Locked Parking Thread 3(!!!))

You guys need to stop filling the thread when nothing is happening!!

In the meantime I had the most amazing nights sleep last night. Absolutely full of food and had an amazing day and frankly this morning I couldn't care if he's there for 6 months Grin

OP posts:
Snazzysausage · 02/08/2021 16:11

I'm at X will be the LackingPenisSize self help group he goes to three times a week. No doubt he sits there for a couple of hours with other men who drive oversized pretentious, penis replacement vehicles commiserating with each other about their teeny tiny willies.

WeBuiltThisBuffetOnSausageRoll · 02/08/2021 16:11

What? You mean he has said something like "Can't do.I'm at Gazza's house"?!

Wow! He IS Alan Partridge, isn't he? I'm surprised he didn't say he was going to be at the Monkey Tennis or the Longstanton Spice Museum.

Anyway, fair's fair now, OP. He's asked for 5pm and you need to agree to that. "Yes, OK, I'll be there by 5pm or so, although I might just be five minutes or so late." And we ALL know how long he considers five minutes to be, don't we ?!

Unbelievable - no hint of an apology, not even asking "is 5pm OK?". Do you reckon he thinks you're the forest ranger or something and thus his servant, because "I pay your wages" ?!

SixesAndEights · 02/08/2021 16:11

@BlueEyesWhiteDragon

Hes not responded to my no yet and I feel I make a mistake as I now don't know if that means he's coming at 7.30 or not.

I need a way to find out without giving ground or looking like I care if the car goes.

Doesn't matter. If he's there he's there, and if he's not he's not.

You don't need to find out until 7.30. When you'll either be there or....you won't.

You don't need to contact him at all.

DrBlackbird · 02/08/2021 16:13

You have my Ranger locked in your drive

Absolutely priceless.

What an utter twat to end all twats.

I believe he meant to say:

I left my Ranger in your drive after I lied about agreeing to move it. Really sorry that I’ve inconvenienced you when you were forced to lock the gate behind me to protect your property and validate your insurance.

HoundofHades · 02/08/2021 16:13

Given the ignorant arrogance in that message, i'm another one who suspects that in the depths of his stunted brain, CF will have decided it's all your fault, @BlueEyesWhiteDragon, rather than his (he's wrong!).

My ex lost his then 3-year-old son whilst out with his younger children alone one day - only noticing when he got home and his wife asked where their son was. Ex refused to accept that he, as parent, was at fault in any way - and blamed his toddler completely. CF's clearly cut from the same cloth Sad Angry

AffableApple · 02/08/2021 16:13

I really wish a bunch of us could turn up and applaud him upon collection of said Ranger.

BruceAndNosh · 02/08/2021 16:15

@diddl

Presumably Op can't take the keys if it's a gate that access might be needed through?

Or maybe I have the wrong gate?

The CF doesn't know that others have ROW over the drive so reasonable for OP to keep the keys.
SmokeyDevil · 02/08/2021 16:16

This. Do this. Then 3 days later at 5:05, message him asking if he is coming today?

dapsnotplimsolls · 02/08/2021 16:16

@AffableApple

I have a full tank of petrol ...
seconddateshithead · 02/08/2021 16:16

Actually to remove all doubt I would reply back -

As I haven't heard from you presume you will not be here at 7.30 so I will be in touch about a time tomorrow

He doesn't get to keep you waiting around. Take control back.

Just for shockingly arrogant lack of an apology text. Who the fuck does he think he is? Well I can hazard a guess...

WeBuiltThisBuffetOnSausageRoll · 02/08/2021 16:16

After all he's done, trespassing on your property and giving you the run-around. And then, even when he does bother to get in touch to arrange to fetch his abandoned trespassing vehicle - making it sound like you're the one to blame for it being there - he still dictates when he's willing to come and expects you to be there specially for him, to suit his preferred time - just because he's playing Buckaroo with Bruce Grobbelaar.

REP22 · 02/08/2021 16:17

@AffableApple

I wouldn't be applauding him. But I'm sure that someone could see to it that The Clap was involved...

He really is utterly irredeemable.

Bonniegirlie · 02/08/2021 16:21

I would be back a bit later than 7.30 too, keep him waiting if he deigns to turn up on time. CF of the highest order

Where did they find the child? Had your ex driven home and not remembered 3 year old was with him?!!

AMAZING!!! Grin Grin Grin
CaveMum · 02/08/2021 16:22

Is DB still there? Could you get him to reign ignorance and tell CF that he’ll look for the keys in the house, then leaving CF standing on the drive while he puts his feet up?

CaveMum · 02/08/2021 16:23

“Reign” should be “feign”

lastcall · 02/08/2021 16:24

His messages just drip with entitlement, like it's all on you to accommodate him and not mention he's the one at fault here.

Utter wanker.

Franklydear · 02/08/2021 16:25

@CaveMum i like your thinking

lastcall · 02/08/2021 16:25

At least now we also likely know why he behaved the way he did. Didn't want to admit he was in the wrong in front of his children, so pretended all was well and made a day out of it. his sense of entitlement is so deeply engrained, he's passing it on to his kids. Someone needs to disillusion of that.

BruceAndNosh · 02/08/2021 16:26

he's playing Buckaroo with Bruce Grobbelaar

Ha ha ha!

Mountainpika · 02/08/2021 16:27

He has said he can't be there at 7.30. OP goes off for a carvery at 7.00.
He turns up at 7.30. If he manages to knock at the door and say he's come for his car, how will anyone else at the house know he is the real owner? OP is the only one who can identify him and she's out on a date with Yorkshire puddings.

Mummylovesmonkeys · 02/08/2021 16:29

Please, please, please OP don't be alone when he comes to collect the knobmobile.

I don't want to scaremonger, but he really sounds like the kind of entitled twat that could kick off, just for the hell of it.

In your position I would be tempted to ask for a police presence.

atlastifoundit · 02/08/2021 16:32

@BruceAndNosh

I'm guessing he's got a wanky private number plate.

Possibly

The utter cheek and gall of him

No apology, no acknowledgement that he was wrong. It was your fault his car is stuck and he can’t get it
