Could FC tow it out of the way of your drive and far into the forest somewhere out of the way for the CF to have to go and look for it?

DB is an absolute annoying jerk 99% of the time and our relationship is very based on needling each other sometimes over the line of acceptability but the odd occasion he does something and I realise he's not that bad. He goes home today and I might miss him a tiny bit.

There's nothing like a common enemy to unite bickering siblings.

Also, there was at least one request on my local FB groups last night for places serving roast dinner. Coincidence? I think not.

I wonder if he thinks that, at some point, you're bound to leave the gate open and he can just retrieve his car then? Little does he know, if that's what he's thinking!

I also wonder if he has dashcams in his car, that he can remote access, so he can SEE if the gate is open and know when it would be possible to retrieve it.

Another vote for Lawrence Fox as CF. I don’t know why, I reckon it’s the draping across the car and the quirky revenge ideas, but I can’t get this image of Jeff Goldblum out of my head for DB.

Am so enjoying this thread. Am keeping skiving off from painting walls of conservatory to check on progress! Huge respect to OP for her cool, calm and kickass attitude!
As OP has said she is not inconvenienced by CF’s vehicle, my vote goes to leaving it where it is. CF is then in a no-win situation because he either has to come and ask OP to release the vehicle (and I hope she makes him grovel) or he gets it bumped out of the way (hopefully, none too gently) by an emergency vehicle.

I think this runs off the car's battery? In the winter my car battery goes dead if I haven't started it in a few weeks. Not sure how long it would last without starting in the summer months though.

I've just had a mental image of CF remote logging into his dash cam to be greeted with a rear view of DB draping himself across the windscreen, complete with modesty protecting Yorkshire's.
