I think some of the things written on here about IK could be defamatory. No idea what constitutes incitement, probably not a load of middle class women getting tutty over Giles Coren and considering cancelling their middle class newspaper subscription.

If things are true, or honestly held opinion, they are not defamatory.

English law is very clear about this.

And even if something is defamatory, it has to cause serious harm to the individual for them to get any compensation.

The post you referred to @Bryonyshcmyony was a mistake and the poster who left out apologist quickly owned it and corrected it. Unlike professional wordsmith, GC. Who used his column in the Times to be a dick all over again.
