I like my Vejas - didn’t know they were wanky!

My Veja’s are very unforgiving and hurt the tops of my feet when I wore them, which was disappointing.

Are the golden goose one supposed to look pre-scuffed? Like a bit worn in?? If so that’s a bit wanky for the prices.

I feel like both have been around a while and have had their moment (not that this matters, or should). I never wore the Vejas that i bought a few years ago, and ended up selling them, most uncomfortable thing i have ever owned- the blisters!!

Both wanky. Pre-covid it was all you could see on fashionable Londoners’ feet. They are a bit “old news” now. I got a pair of Veja as present and they were terrible. I’ve now decided to never ever be unfaithful to my Stan Smiths as I can be arsed with fads that hurt my feet.

The Veja's look like Asdas Addidas knock offs to me!

Onitsuka trainers How about these, they look a bit different to your usual vega & golden goose. Loads of people have Vegas, might be the time to try something different.

I think it will depend on what sort of training you are doing. Hurdling, for example, will require different trainers to those for boxing.

If I’d known I could sell my dirty smelly trainers for £400 I wouldn’t have thrown them out 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m missing a trick here obviously.

Very pricey for what are essentially fairly ugly trainers. Had to google them both as never heard of them, but they cost too much to ever be on my radar.

Stan Smiths, Victoria or Superga.
Comfy, cheaper and just as nice.

My cousin bought me a pair of golden goose trainers 2ish years ago, they were horrific looking, I felt awful as I knew they were expensive, I sold them on ebay, and bought some trust comfy nikes.
Both makes look horrible, but we all have different tastes.
