I have a photo of me and my son in the shower, I’m holding in a way so you can’t see any of his bits, I’m stood to the side and the photo is above the waist so you can’t see any of my bits. The glass shower screen that my crotch is facing was impressively reflective. I posted it on instagram. I also sent it to my sons Grandma.

Please say something. DH once sent a picture of our newborn DC to a friend but in a reflection in the picture you can see me rubbing lanolin into my nipples. That picture was proudly displayed in my hallway for months before we noticed.

DH sent a pic to MIL of him in a kilt at a wedding once. Thankfully we hadn't sent it to anyone else as she pointed out that we'd missed that you could see my reflection in the mirror. Done up hair, done up make up, nice shoes, and... a spanx bodysuit as I hadn't pulled my dress on yet. Not flattering at all. Thankfully my MIL is the type that I can laugh with and even now if I'm asking opinion on an outfit one of us will say "Better/worse thank the spanx and heels combo?"

It's not something I've done yet but something I could definitely see myself doing. The "missed reflection" photos are the usual culprit, but this one sounds just as bad!
