Amazon Prime, Netflix, wherever. I need something to get us through the rest of winter because my work is depressing, my baby is exhausting, my cat won't leave me alone, and lockdown is forever.

Just started Call my Agent, French with subtitles, but really enjoyable

Bridgerton is light and very enjoyable. The sets are gorgeous!!

I agree with all those recommending Bridgerton. In the midst of all the gloom and doom, it’s been life saving to watch this light hearted, fun series and gorgeous costumes with even more gorgeous men. Queens Gambit is excellent too

The Queens Gambit is the best thing I've seen on Netflix. Watched it twice.

Just finished Call My Agent on Netflix, absolutely loved it. Fantastic acting, hilarious and touching. A really great watch.

The Sinner - crime drama, several series on Netflix

If you haven't watched Spiral, give it a go. It's French. Series 8 is going out on BBC Four at the moment, all previous are on iPlayer. (we're only on series 5). Police procedural, all shot on location in Paris.

The Good Dr - American but the lead in it is the english guy who played Charlie in Willy Wonka. Amazing and bingey.

The Criminal Series is rather good. Each one is only about 40 minutes long but you will need subtitles for some, unless you're fluent in English, Spanish, French and German
