am I the only one who never liked Tony Stark?

I enjoy watching the Marvel movies but have found Iron Man
annoying since Ultron Its not RDJS fault at all Its the character.
He is just too smug and snarky.
I felt like he was the real villain in civil war.
he just always thinks he knows best for everyone(I cant stand people like this in real life) and though I enjoyed his story I am glad the character is gone
I thought about posting this in the movies thread but I thought this would be best place to ask.

PS- I want to stress to avoid controversy that I have nothing against the actor and don't think anyone else could have done better. my issue is with the character.
I loved Downey in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.

Cap is my favourite! Aside from him being gorgeous, he was brave even when he was a wee skinny, throwing himself on that grenade :)

Never been a fan I suppose, even when I was a child and read the comics. Never liked Cyclops or Jean Grey either (though at least Dark Phoenix made her a bit more interesting).

Captain America is the one that annoys me too but I've never quite figured out why. A little too perfect maybe.

Ooh noo, It was definitely Captain America that is annoying. CA was too much of a goody two shoes and he should never have been the one that rebelled in Civil War.

Before I watched End Game I was told to have tissues to hand as the ending was a killer... amazing film and a great ending but tears? Nope...

My heart belongs to Thor... the scene in Dark World where he's all silhouetted against the red sky of Asgard - oh my Life!! Shallow, yes, but my goodness
