I work for an airline and I’m currently working through peoples bookings either amending them or refunding. Beats siting in the cold airport waiting for people

Human resource Analyst. Energy/oil & gas company - headcount of approximately 1000 employees. I am tagged to employees under a specific contract so that's about 400 employees or so that I am responsible for supporting.
