OP posts:
earnshaw47 · 29/11/2020 17:33

i dont find it offensive, its a called humour, too much these days of telling us what we can and cant say, seems everythings unacceptable to someone somewhere, we are either accused of being sexist , racist and and other ist going around

Scottsy100 · 29/11/2020 17:37

Blimey, someone’s a bit precious. This is what’s wrong with the world today people being offended at everything and anything

YeaSure · 29/11/2020 17:37

It's funny.

Get over it snowflake 😅

exaltedwombat · 29/11/2020 17:39

You could probably go all Karen and make trouble for whoever posted it. Pee, po, belly, bum, drawers to you if you do.

KarmaStar · 29/11/2020 17:41

It's a humorous card.not offended at all.
The world's gone stupid trying to find offence at everything.

EugenesAxe · 29/11/2020 17:41

It's crude and unfunny but I don't find it so offensive that I'm bristling at it or anything.

MadameBoulaye · 29/11/2020 17:42

Yawn yawn. Just ignore it, brush it off, get over it ... it’s clearly from decades ago anyway. Why waste energy even posting this?

Mere1 · 29/11/2020 17:43

Puerile and outdated. For those of little brain.

plumpootle · 29/11/2020 17:45

I find it moronic. Hope that helps.

Rtruth · 29/11/2020 17:45

It’s fine to not enjoy this humour, but offended? Really?
Guessing your not a fan of your man admiring a good pair of boobs.

QuestionableMouse · 29/11/2020 17:45

I have very big boobs (40L) and I can't get worked up over this. Its not offensive but it's also not terribly funny. There's a million other things that objectify woman that are much more problematic than a crappy postcard!

Grrrrdarling · 29/11/2020 17:47

I have large boobs... it doesn’t offend me 🤷‍♀️ Each to their own. Old school, smutty, titillating humour is just that. Old school humour.
If your big boobs bother you that much have them reduced. My sister did & she is way happier.

Anyone who over stepped the mark with me gets told straight & I’ve never had to repeat myself! If a guy ever tried to grope my ass or tit I grabbed his balls & asked him how he liked it much to the shock of the bloke. Maybe it is the rugby player in me but it is not something I lose sleep over 😂

cherish123 · 29/11/2020 17:50

I should be offended but I actually find it quite funny😆🙄.

Whatismyproblem1 · 29/11/2020 17:52

🙄🙄🙄 absolutely fed up of hearing about people getting offended by stupid things!
It’s just some old crappy joke 🤷🏼‍♀️
I wish all I had to worry about was getting offended by old school humour 🙄

Whatismyproblem1 · 29/11/2020 17:54

Completely agree!
RaspberryCola · 29/11/2020 17:54

Not offended but I’d side-eye anyone who finds it hilarious. It’s peak seaside shite.

timeforanewstart · 29/11/2020 17:58

People need to learn to scroll past thing like this

KateLink · 29/11/2020 18:02

@BessWess88

What each of us finds offensive is different - if it offended you, it offended you. It is undoubtedly in poor taste and sexist. Maybe it was meant in humour, and it is not your humour and that is OK.

What you are, or are not comfortable with is not for anyone else to judge. While it may seem 'harmless enough' it is insidious sexist 'humour' like this that continues to undermine women and girls and I can totally understand your perspective in the wider context.

Yes, we all like a joke, but not everyone likes the same - I'm sure there are things you find humorous that others may not! The problem for me is what these sorts of images teach our youngsters about being a man or woman in society?

xxK

Ddot · 29/11/2020 18:02

Different things upset or annoy different people. I personally hate the song (more than a woman) 🤯😱🤬 more than a woman to me! Fuc*ing cheek what's wrong with women. Been told I'm reading too much into it. Hate hate hate it.

EmpressoftheMundane · 29/11/2020 18:06

It’s like an old seaside postcard. A bit naff, but nothing more than an eye roll required.

I'd personally rather challenge casual misogyny, because it's everywhere and it hurts women. Just because it's a cartoonified joke doesn't make it ok, or less important to discuss.
DreamTheMoors · 29/11/2020 18:10

It’s juvenile and lowbrow.
I’m not offended though. It’s just dumb.

It's traditional British humour. When it comes to.humour- anything goes. Acceptable then is acceptable now. Don't be a prude!
