I wonder what sort of state Trump will leave the White House in? I expect to see Sharpie spectacles drawn on all the portraits. An unflushed turd in each and every toilet. And a chunk sawn off the bottom of the Oval Office desk so that it wobbles

It might take a while but we'll probably find out in a decade or two that any artwork/naice pieces of furniture have gone 'missing' or have been replaced by fakes

@BruceAndNosh I can imagine him storming out and going off to Mar-e-lago and refusing to set foot in the Oval Office again. In his head, he'll reason that he shouldn't have to do the work when he's been rejected. He can tweet 24-7 instead!

I might be wrong but my guess is that Trump knows the game is up and is now engaging in face saving on Twitter etc, That way he can leave the WH (in the eyes of his supporters and his massive ego) with his head held high.
He wasn’t “beaten” (despite losing the EC and popular vote by probably 7 million). No, the election was “stolen” by the “crooked” Democrats and “the establishment”.

He never lost an election, but the “system” and the “elite” rigged it against him. His fans will lap up that narrative for decades and he can cash in big time as an A-list martyr, with perhaps one of his kids running again in future.

Melania can get to fuck. The whole of New York's millionaires to choose from (she was banging beyond belief) and instead of an urbane, cultured creative she wanted a billionaire instead. Billy Joel sang at their wedding, why didn't she marry him or I don't know, Jerry Seinfeld or something?

She'll be delighted if DT loses. She hates him and loathes every second she has to be first lady. I sincerely hope her next husband is a virologist or a Mexican person.

I get the feeling they’d have done that even if Biden was ahead 15 points across the board. I don’t think people are going to buy it though - from what I’ve heard the Rep. are going to hold onto the Senate. They’ll probably settle for that and concede after a few days of letting Trump be Trump.

It's looking like Biden will win, but it is going to be a couple of days (at least) before all the votes are counted and we have a decisive result. It's possible that the votes not yet counted might go strongly in Trump's favour and give him a win, but right now it doesn't seem likely.

This. If he goes — and it still feels like a big ‘if’ at the moment — he’ll set himself up as a kind of president-in-exile at the head of a huge conservative media network and be a pain in Biden’s side for the next four years. Like Palin but supercharged. And if Ivanka doesn’t run next time I’d be very surprised.

Biden very nearly has the states he needs to win on the balance of evidence of how voting has gone. But this is not yet fully confirmed.

At this stage it looks like Trump needs a curveball to win.

But this is Trump, so i dont rule that out.
