I think the WH administration has done exactly this. Tested negative = can carry on as normal. However, in this article I'm going to link it says that you are your most contagious for 24-48 hours before developing symptoms, so testing is not the answer. It's a very selfish view to just rely on that. People who wear masks, social distance etc are those who are thinking of others, not just themselves, which the administration seems incapable of doing.
They are now making a nod to masks in the WH. But only because Trump and some of them got infected, I'm amazed they got away with it for so long

The Angry Staffer did an "ask me anything" last night. There are some very, very, frightening insights into the militia plot against Governor Whitmer there. They are more than conspiracy theories, I fear. Terrifying how lawless the country has been allowed to become under Trump's alt-right white supremacist dictatorship (let's call an orange spade an orange spade here).

I can remember those statistics relating to non-voters in the 2016 election. Getting this group to vote will make a huge difference--especially since it's clear that the base is not going to be persuaded by anything.

There has also been a huge push to get people registered, especially first time voters (after Parkland), to check and re-check their registrations (because of bureacratic blips and sleight of hand) and so on.

As far as I know, the Press have failed to find a cluster in the group that attended the Gold Star event. I would also be interested in any photos from it, as I suspect there was the usual standard White House lack of masks and proper social distancing, but I would be very interested if there are photos of anyone being closer than a handshake from Trump. Is there any documented hugging and kissing?

In last night’s interview he was asked where he thought he’d caught the virus, in a first, he didn’t mention the Goldstar families.

I don't think Trump is inclined to hugging and kissing unless he is trying to get into bed with some random female. The hugging and kissing at the Amy wossit meeting was other people rather than him, I think?

Unlike Joe Biden, Trump doesn't go in for caring enough about other people to want to touch them if he doesn't get carnal benefit from it.

As a well known Germophobe, Trump avoids physical contact with randoms, so i very much doubt anyone got remotely close to him, but he did say on tape that people were a inch from his face which is absolutely not what happened!
