I have a suspicion if Biden wins, the petty chaos left in White House will be much much worse than Clinton Staffers removing all the Ws from the keyboards before George W Bush moved in.

On the World Service this morning someone was speaking admiringly of "Trump telling truth to power" when he insults foreign leaders who are not tyrannical despots.

Truth and Trump in the same sentence really threw me.

Biden apparently referred to Trump as "George" yesterday. So the Trumpettes are having a field day with the "dementia" jibes.

Not ideal, I agree. But hey! I've been known to call my DC's by the cats' names on more than one occasion...

"George" is the standard term for the autopilot which just keeps going in the same direction until it is reset. I think "George" in that sense describes Trump rather well.

Yes, I read about the George gaffe...

However, the number of gaffes, lies, misprounanciations and idiotic words that Trump comes out with... it just pales George into insignificance.
I remember Trump trying to say 'origins' and he actually said 'oranges' about 4 times in a short speech. That's just one example out of hundreds.

Trump's twitter feed is being swamped with videos of all the times he's got people's names wrong, including calling Tim Cook (CEO Apple) as "Tim Apple" and visiting the town of Paradise in Ca that was completely destroyed by forest fires and he referred to it as "Pleasure" several times

Watched the 60 Minutes interview with Lesley Stahl. DH and I snickered through the whole thing. He looked like an insecure, puffed up buffoon.

I'm just watching it now. I'm inparticularly enjoying the edits where she asks a question, shows a clip and he refutes it absolutely.

I think he's changed his foundation shade these days. Since he got out of the hospital it looks like he's given up on the bright orange, now he looks sort of beigey-orangey-walnutty-bronzey colour. Kinda like he got down to the bottom of 3-4 different foundation bottles and just chucked them into one bottle and shook them up. Still looks ridiculous. No one has skin that colour.

DH and I kept saying "Look at his face compared to the colour of his ear. It was really apparent. He had kind of normal-pinky ears, then this unnaturally coloured face.
