CNN quite fairly have a few Factchecks for Biden, but they are mostly degrees of overstating something that is basically true rather than out and out lies

I wonder if, now that the anti-abortion evangelical's have stacked the Supreme court (& federal courts) as well as could be in rt-wing-favor, then Trump has served his purpose for the Religious Right. I imagine most people knew that they were going to hear the same old stuff that Trump has said dozens of times before, so were more interested in hearing Biden who has made very few appearances. Some were hoping to see a train wreck but I understand Biden did OK apart from going on a bit long on some subjects

I want him asked outright whether he's ever held a British passport, which he would be entitled to via his mother. Given all the birther crap he threw at Obama. The stuff around Harris seems to have died off, from what I've seen in the media, but then I don't go to some of the darker corners out there. It probably is still there if you look for it.

On a serious point - I THINK he is of a generation that would have been required to give it up at 18 so maybe he never bothered. I have come to know lots of dual nationals in my 30 years outside the US, but I seem to recall there was a period where this was more frowned upon. Don't ask, don't tell but really you had to be careful if you retained it over 18.

The truth is, rich people can live where they like as long as they can meet the criteria for 'investor visas' and don't mind the tax regime in the new country. He strikes me as a St Kitts type although who knows how good the burgers are there.

Trump is jokingly implying that it would be too embarrassing to stay in US if Biden wins, but I suspect he would be terrified of legal action.
Not sure about St Kitts... he would mostly probably hide in one of his overseas golf properties. So that's Dubai, Scotland or Ireland

I think, in reality, he's at very limited personal risk. His businesses? Maybe more so but I think we'll all find he squeaks through one way or another. We'll be counting our blessings just to get him out of the WH, anything else is a bonus but I'd not hold my breath.

If he does have a passport maybe he will end up like Pinochet, hiding out on the Wentworth Estate in Surrey.

He'd be galled that it isn't his own gold course but at least there would be golf.
