To ask- What’s the funniest response you’ve seen to a post on Mumsnet?

Just that really. Either a totally off topic question, a hilarious response or just something that made you laugh.

For me it was someone who had posted about her office chair frequently appearing damp and smelling of pee and someone just responded “woah we’re halfway there”.

Someone once said ‘pressing f5 like a fucking seal’ and it’s stuck with me for years and I sometimes giggle. If I remember correctly it was an insult to someone lol

That’s actually just made me laugh out loud.

Even now I laugh over it.

Recent ish post about a boyfriend with a fishy smell. One suggestion was to have a good inspection of his orifices. One response to that was to try and look for a medical reason first before examining his balls and crack. Made me howl!!!

Very recent one - OP asked what anti-vaxxer conspiracy theorists were worried would be in the covid vaccine.

One of the first responses said “Sedation, so we all stay inside whilst they change the batteries in the birds.” Genuinely makes me laugh every time i look out at the garden.
