And would you do anything if you could completely get away with it?! Mine is my daughter’s swimming teacher, he has the sexiest smile and is so good with the kids. Totally gives me the flutters but I’m guessing he’s not into overweight bespectacled women in their forties! Grin

degrees aren't built on one off grades. Use it as a chance to show him you have really taken on board his feedback.

Dont think it will affect you overall, what year are you in?

It’s ok sucking I know how you feel. Sometimes I go to see Tom really excited with my practice progress and excited to show him how amazing I have suddenly become in a week. Sometimes he has the audacity just smile (those dimples!) and pulls an “ok then” face and insists on helpfully listing the things I need to make it better instead of telling me I’m the most incredible woman he’s ever met and how lucky my husband is to have me.

I just stare into his dark, dark brown eyes (usually as he’s looking away) hidden behind his long hair and then ever quickly glance at his crotch area (when it’s safe to do so) and deliberately imagine him naked as a punishment. Then I switch off to everything he says and don’t progress any further with my learning because I’m internally burning with fantasy and lust. How dare he be there to do his job fantastically well and make me better at something I’m incredibly passionate about! That’s just rude.

Soapytoad · 20/03/2020 21:49

And don’t get me started on those lips they are such a cute heart shape and he ever so slightly has the tiniest sweet little lisp.

Horses4 · 20/03/2020 21:51

My daughter’s singing teacher, he is lovely. I lose the ability to form sentences around him, like a daft teenager.

SuckingDieselFella · 20/03/2020 21:53

Deliberately imagine him naked as a punishment??? Shock Blush

@Allaboardthemagicbus2020 I'm in my one and only postgrad year. Because I won't be getting any more funding now my results have tanked.

Allaboardthemagicbus2020 · 20/03/2020 21:59

On one assignment?

All bets are off at the moment, Sucking. We don't know where we will be in 3 months time. Don't judge yourself by normal standards now.

No university worth its salt would fail or reduce funding for a good student at the moment - they will lose so many overseas students as it is.

So sexy...uhhh the things I’d do!

Soapytoad · 21/03/2020 06:18

sucking there’s no way your uni will let you down now. They’ll all be in a bizarre limbo at the moment, but it’ll come good eventually for everyone who has put in such hard work.

sucking I feel your pain. I had a mark like that but at least mine didn't come from a Tom. Maybe plead mitigating circumstances. Request extra tutorials.

I have had a Tom for eight years now. Half my age (less, eight years ago). Legs .... oh the legs on my Tom. And eyes. Found out three years ago that the feeling is mutual. At which point my ovaries went into overdrive Blush Managed to hold it together with great difficulty. I'm married. He was single at the time but very #respectfulTom. Now he has a girlfriend #sigh . By the time I get divorced (a few years away still) I'll probably be too old to be attractive to him any more. Anyway he's a wonderful #distractionTom and lights up my day.

SuckingDieselFella · 21/03/2020 08:57

@ferrier I am going to have an extra tutorial but I'm more concerned about the grade than Tom at this stage. #gradesnotToms I've put everything into this course and I'm so disappointed.

Eight years? Wow. Could you get a quickie divorce and go into quarantine with him? #respectfulToms are highly attractive - principled, moral, strong sex on legs

Allaboardthemagicbus2020 · 21/03/2020 10:50

Me really have upped their game. Our mothers never had to put up with this level of desirability everywhere. There was one man in the village who looked remotely liked a Hollywood star (from an able, in the dark) and the rest were ... the rest., usually.

Now, they’ve found grooming products, nice smelly stuff, good clothes, good haircuts.

It’s all very difficult.

Allaboardthemagicbus2020 · 21/03/2020 10:50

Men have upped...

SuckingDieselFella · 21/03/2020 11:05

I wish my Tom would find some new clothes.

Why are lecturer Toms so scruffy?

Allaboardthemagicbus2020 · 21/03/2020 11:42

It is a protest in solidarity with women as they are fight the good fight against the sexualisation of self through textiles.

#wolffyTom (for those old enough to remember Citizen Tooting

Allaboardthemagicbus2020 · 21/03/2020 11:46

Also their money is all going into their middle class, secure pension fund but they have to show solidarity with the workers (fist punch air) and look worse than them to allow them to feel superior, offsetting the fact that they are part of the system that makes them inferior in the first place.

#muststoplisteningtomillenials

Or, they are lazy bastards who never grew up and think appealing to our maternal side will work.

I don’t know. Have given myself a project to do that in no way involves crushes or men and I must crack on.

Be back in an hour!!!!

SuckingDieselFella · 21/03/2020 11:50

Nah it's because their mum/wife can't force them into something decent.

Imagine the fights at home. "You're not wearing that holy jumper again."

"I am wearing it in solidarity with women who have historically been oppressed by textiles."

"I'm a woman and I'm oppressed by that jumper. What will the neighbours think?"

"Peer pressure is another source of oppression. I reject it."

"Ok then, wear it to work but don't take your coat off on the train."

SuckingDieselFella · 21/03/2020 11:52

"Also their money is all going into their middle class, secure pension fund but they have to show solidarity with the workers (fist punch air) and look worse than them to allow them to feel superior, offsetting the fact that they are part of the system that makes them inferior in the first place."

SuckingDieselFella · 21/03/2020 12:18

My head of department has great big holes in his jumpers.

I bet that conversation takes place before he leaves home in the morning.

Soapytoad · 21/03/2020 14:36

That’s a good point. I’ve only ever seen (in real life) Tom in about 2 different tops until recently. I think he alternated them weekly. The 2 regular ones he wore have now been sadly ditched and replaced by 2 new items.

I can still identify his cute, cute, cuuuuuute little paunch though, so that’s all that matters.

#PaunchyTom

SuckingDieselFella · 21/03/2020 15:12

My Tom has no paunch #tautasawhippetTom

Tragically, I think his worst clothes are the ones he has worn to impress. It wouldn't be a deal breaker for the right woman but she would have to be cunning. "Your old jumper? Yeah, it fell apart in the wash/got eaten by a hobbit when it was drying outside/I used it as a colander. Why don't we check out the Boden catalogue?"

wizzywig · 22/03/2020 21:42

If anyones been watching sky news, dr jamie parker is a competant MUSICAL TOMMMMM!!!

Soapytoad · 23/03/2020 13:29

#LockdownTom

When Toms everywhere are kept safely inside!

SuckingDieselFella · 23/03/2020 16:46

It may lead to #sexuallyfrustratedTom

Don't be surprised if a normally quiet Tom pings a few messages your way.
