bluebell94 · 29/12/2019 18:35

People who 'check in' absolutely everywhere they go
People who post absolutely every aspect of their child's lives on Facebook (I'm looking at you, SIL).

jogonnow · 29/12/2019 18:37

People that take quizzes to see what animal they'll be in 2020 Hmm

TabbyMumz · 29/12/2019 18:37

People who check in at hospitals and breast cancer clinics then dont reply for ages when people ask if they are ok, then they say "just a check up"!!

mbosnz · 29/12/2019 18:38

I am so bloody sick of seeing photos of peoples' feet. . .

HaveeeeYouMetTed · 29/12/2019 18:38

People who post things like "had such a bad day :( " "cannot cope anymore" then reply to the "u OK hun?" comments with "Its private" or "I'll inbox you now hun" 🤦‍♀️

TabbyMumz · 29/12/2019 18:39

People who say things which are clearly about you and go on a bit of a rant, then when someone asks what it's all about, they say "nothing hun"

TulipCat · 29/12/2019 18:40

Anyone who uses the word "blessed"

NorthEndGal · 29/12/2019 18:41

People who ask for suggestions, for example, best Chinese to order, then end it with "and go"
Fuck off, it's not a race

TabbyMumz · 29/12/2019 18:43

People who go on and on about dead relatives, like they are talking to them.. ..such as.."we miss you so much, you were my best friend and you said I was like a daughter" (when she wasnt) and "have a drink on us" etc and then sorrowful memes and poems.

DieSchottin93 · 29/12/2019 18:43

People that overshare/share every boring mundane of their lives
People that post gushy posts to their partners
People that share those stupid spam competition posts e.g. win a holiday from easyJet when the page was only set up 2 days ago Hmm

Vilanelle · 29/12/2019 18:43

Guy on my fb constantly posts photos of his girlfriend and stepson with the following, "family is everything, without them we have nothing".

Check ins at hospital

The people who do good deeds and feel they have to post about it

DontFundHate · 29/12/2019 18:43

Any form of humble brags.

TabbyMumz · 29/12/2019 18:44

People who put up pictures of all the presents they've had.

Gwilt160981 · 29/12/2019 18:45

When people use those quotes to preach to people, when they're the one with the issue but don't do sod all about it.

nomdunchien · 29/12/2019 18:46

That businesses now seem to feel they have a right to post photos in which I feature, without my knowledge or permission. Recently tried a new gym, saw a photo of myself (and others) working out during the session appear on their Facebook feed next day. Had no idea it was being taken and would have said no if asked. I’ve never been back. Happily I have never experienced DV or had to flee from anyone but I kept thinking - what if I had, and because you want to promote your circuits class, you’ve just helped an abusive ex locate me?

Also, normal people using Facebook live. Nobody wants to hear about your regime, Karen. You’re not a Kardashian-Jenner 🤦‍♀️

popcorndiva · 29/12/2019 18:47

Definitely checking into a and e. If you are at a and e surely you or child are very ill so shouldn't be checking fb.

Everyday doing a timehop

Iwasneveragoddess · 29/12/2019 18:47

“Hubby”

TabbyMumz · 29/12/2019 18:47

Those that post pictures of their hands with their nails done, and they have the chubbiest most awful fingers I've ever seen. Also with about 10 rings on every finger. Honestly who puts their hands overlapped like that in real life.

RasberryRoyale · 29/12/2019 18:48

People who use the phrase Living My Best Life
People who check in everywhere especially to Hospitals.
Bonus points if they do the obligatory hospital selfie. Even more if they take photos of their child in hospital.

And a special mention for the “Copy and paste to show support for cancer/autism/insert illness here. Together we can beat it posts.

WorraLiberty · 29/12/2019 18:48

People who won't post pics of themselves but have no problem violating their children's privacy for the likes 'n lovehearts.

TabbyMumz · 29/12/2019 18:49

People that put up quotes about dead people they only met for an hour...like "we miss you so much, the world is a sadder place without you".

Properfatty · 29/12/2019 18:49

popcorndiva · 29/12/2019 18:50

Posting 'Santa has been' ....Then the obscene pile of presents
Elf on the shelf updates everyday of December

thepeopleversuswork · 29/12/2019 18:50

People who post masses of motivational quotes irritate the fuck out of me. They are always trite and obvious.

Whatisafrond · 29/12/2019 18:50

Everyone on my social media is very reasonable. I get none of the stuff I see talked about on Mumsnet. No unreasonable bragging, no check-ins to A&E, no passive aggressive venting.

I think this is all very unreasonable as I have nothing to laugh at.
