To ask what week you gave birth?

39 weeks and so, so fed up. Baby is measuring big, I have only put any real weight on on my bump and it’s exhausting.

I’ve had cramps since 37 weeks, they seem to be getting progressively worse but then back to nothing.

So I just want to know to drive myself mad what week you went into labour, especially with the first?

And if anyone knows any secret to getting this baby out, I’m willing to pay Wink

42+1 with first. It was Xmas Eve. I was very fed up!!! Subsequent 39 and 40.

I know it's hard but try to relax. Book a pedicure. Go to the cinema. Enjoy a grown up meal out. Fill your time. Anything to get away from just waiting.

I had cramps at 40 weeks. Baby born 40+6 (natural birth, first baby)

FORTY THREE WEEKS?!

I don’t think I’ve got 4 more weeks in me!

It really is a matter of it will come when it comes eh?

What also isn’t helping is all the texts of ‘how are you today’ I know it’s code for ‘had the baby’. Or the comments from strangers about being massive and ready to pop Hmm

23+4 with my first. 42 weeks with second.
I was utterly fed up at 42 weeks (failed induction and an emergency c section in the end), it was awful but I'd have done it ten times over rather than be premature again. I know it's hard, but try to relax and take these last few days or weeks to focus on you. Keep busy as much as you can manage.

39 but was induced for preeclampsia. DS showed no sign of being ready to come on his own, I probably would have gone to 42 otherwise

Week 39. I was booked in for induction which they did go ahead with but I was already contracting and had started losing plug.
