39 weeks and so, so fed up. Baby is measuring big, I have only put any real weight on on my bump and it’s exhausting.

I’ve had cramps since 37 weeks, they seem to be getting progressively worse but then back to nothing.

So I just want to know to drive myself mad what week you went into labour, especially with the first?

And if anyone knows any secret to getting this baby out, I’m willing to pay Wink

35, This was a shock! Thought I had another 7 weeks to go!!

darkparadise1 · 01/06/2019 11:08

38+1 - 9.5lb 😬

Whatafustercluck · 01/06/2019 11:18

39 and 40+3

CastorTroyWantsHisFaceBack · 01/06/2019 11:22

I’m still not producing any colostrum so buggered in that department - re: bringing on labour.

DH is scheduled in for some sex later. The daft sod can figure it out Wink

Still crampy so off for a long walk to the shops.

My sympathies to all the other heavily pregnant ladies. After being so desperate to get pregnant I feel awful moaning about it but my poor hips can’t take the weight anymore!

42 and 39!

Greggers2017 · 01/06/2019 11:27

42 weeks with my first.
40+4 with my second.
Currently 37+1 with baby number 3!

CastorTroyWantsHisFaceBack · 01/06/2019 11:28

After after a quick count 47 people hit 40 weeks or went over... the rest were earlier than due date.

So with 105 comments - minus my whining ones - it’s seems to be 50/50 Blush

I was 40+5.

desparate4sleep · 01/06/2019 11:32

WinterRose92 · 01/06/2019 11:57

40+5 with my son. Was so fed up by that point, couldn’t wait to have him out!
It have my sympathy, it’s exhausting and so uncomfortable by the end. It could happen any day though. Fingers crossed it’s not much longer Flowers

WinterRose92 · 01/06/2019 11:57

*you have my sympathy I meant!

Drogonssmile · 01/06/2019 12:04

Week 39 with dc1 week 38 with dc2. I was very pleased not to have gone over either time.

DorisDances · 01/06/2019 12:07

43 weeks for first one!

n0ne · 01/06/2019 12:07

39+1 and 39+6, spontaneously each time, and then born within a few hours. I seem to have punctual kids!

Glitterblue · 01/06/2019 12:08

27 exactly

GrandTheftWalrus · 01/06/2019 12:09

41+1 I think. She was 8 days late

JustLikeJasper · 01/06/2019 12:11

40+6 and not a single sign until my waters broke and a 37 hour labour followed🙈.

Try and enjoy this time before baby arrives, leave the house as many times as possible making the most of not having to bring everything bar the kitchen sink with you! X

UpsydaisyandIgglePiggleareatit · 01/06/2019 12:13

39+5 with first and Due date with second. I was crampy for weeks before with both and had really quick labours with both... 5 hours the first and 26 minutes with second! That’s ‘established’ labour though. I was still in pain and uncomfortable for hours before.

anothernotherone · 01/06/2019 12:13

41+4 with dc1 - waters broke but no contractions, eventually induced the next day (41+5) baby born by emergency section very late that night.

Had Branson Hicks contractions from 22 weeks with dc2 but never went into labour - he was born by planned section at 38 weeks, supposedly going to be gigantic but actually only 8lb 6, smaller than dc1.

DontBiteTheBoobThatFeedsYou · 01/06/2019 12:13

41 weeks
41+3
And 39 weeks (I actually think I was 37).

I make massive 9lb+ babies as well OP and it's really tough towards the end.

Is it your first? That's the hardest one because you're so excited to see the LO and you don't have other kids to occupy you.
I have a 5 month old and I feel like my pregnancy flew by. He was born at 39 weeks and I'd been repeatedly saying that I wasn't ready for him yet. But he wasn't hanging about 😁

Whatever happens, this time next month you won't be pregnant.

hopelessatthinkingupusernames · 01/06/2019 12:14

First I went into labour on my due date, second I was induced 12days late (still bitter haha)

I read a thing recently by a midwife who said to view your due date as the middle of your due month, which makes a lot more sense then focusing on one date. Good luck!

MummBraTheEverLeaking · 01/06/2019 12:15

41+3, and that was an induction - they had no intention of going anywhere! Surprisingly though it did work with only the one pessary, my bishop score at the start was 2!!
